I think they'd be pirates, but they unintentionally become infamous. Like, they would be pirates because they think it's "cool" not because they're searching for the One Piece or any other treasure, and while they're out sailing and having a good time they accidentally cause mayhem wherever they go, which is why they end up with high bounties. Ending up in the Worst Generation by pure accident would just be hilarious to me defhrbjhdf
