I know it’s “own cohort.” But the Uncle Hort mishearing is so damn funny to me. Because every time, this is all I can think of:

Last but not least, Hephaestus. I've decided to incorporate his aspect of being the god of volcanoes into the design. His deformity can be seen with the lava veins on his right side. Personal head cannon, I'd like to think since Hephaestus is one of the few children born from both Hera and Zeus ( whom reminder, are both children of kronos). This may have caused the recessive titan gene to be active in Hephaestus, which results in his appearance. Since his appearance bears resemblance to that of a titan, ptsd kicked in and they proceeded to kick him out of Olympus (quite literally)

I did my fav male god: Hephaestus!! He’s so awesome and in epic I love Jorge’s dad’s singing, his accent is really nice for the character too!!! I made his hands and half of forearms black/grey because I like to think that they’re always covered in ashes/debris because of his time spent in his smithy, and now have gained that colour permanently.

Follow up to my last post, we know Hort was sacrificed by Odysseus, therefore he is either one of the six that was eaten by Scylla or killed by Zeus, either way, he deserved better.

Also I'd like to believe that he was the awesome kind of uncle which is why Hephaestus is so mad at Odysseus for his death
