Tegan one very random thing I must admit I do everytime I see your icon is that my broken eye sight cannot make out what it is (the sun, probably??) but I know that there is something circular behind Poe’s head and everytime I see it my mind goes back to this one class I took in my freshmen year in which one of the main topics in the syllabus were ‘holy depictions in byzantine icons’

It’s just that I see it and then the professor’s voice saying “halos behind the head like this show that the person in the icon is divine” echoes in my head and I go ‘heck yeah Poe IS divine’ and I’ve been doing that for so long that I had to tell you at some point even as random as it is

Secondly, you are...correct! Entirely on the nose, this gorgeous icon was made by [motions at the bog forest behind me] @exlibrisastra for me and the Braigwen specializes in many things and stunning religious imagery is absolutely one of them, especially in their icons!

(also I asked them for confirmation after I got this message because I was immediately like "oh it's Braigwen that was definitely not an accident" and, yes, it was intentional)

And finally...damn straight he's divine. That man is an honest to god angel. Not to mention his canonically close relationship with the Force and how he's tapped into it a few times...well he might just literally be divine too.
