he passed away about an hour ago. he fought for his life all night even when they gave him a few hours to live; but now he is forever out of pain.

today i lit two candles in his honor, one for remembrance, one for goodbye. may he live on in all of our hearts, the poiriers and the belangers.

idk, this whole thing with uncle richard has really shaken my buddhism because i want to believe in some kind of 'heaven' where he's sat, chilling out, playing tennis etc and that my cousins, my nana, my aunt and uncle, my mum and me will get to see him again. so I just don't know anymore. and the whole 'karma' thing is kinda on the rocks for me because i can't ever imagine uncle richard doing anything to 'deserve this' - in this life or previous/future lives. I mean, obviously with anatta/anatman and all it wouldn't actually be Richard but, you know, his personal energy and stuff. he's too kind for that. was too kind for that. FUCK YOU, UNIVERSE, HE DIDN'T DESERVE THAT SHIT AND HE WAS AMAZING RIGHT UP UNTIL THE END AND I MISS HIM AND I WANT MY UNCLE BACK BECAUSE YOU FUCKING SUCK.

I spent yesterday and most of today with my mother. I didn't end up getting her a purse, like I intended to, but I got her Chanel's Coco Mademoiselle. She seems to like it (?). 

We did go back to the dress store, and I found a dress to wear to the wedding on Saturday! It's a gold dress, and it's semi-similar to Belle's dress. It does need to be altered, but it should be done by Thursday. Uncle and Dustin like the red and pink dress more, but I'm not so comfortable wearing red. The pink dress was nice, but I didn't like it too much. 

Later during the evening, I went over to Jeff's place to pick up Jeff and then uncle Richard to go to Patxi's. Adam, papa, and Reno also joined us for pizza. It was nice seeing everyone before everyone goes to Acen. ;~; 

Meow, tomorrow will mark the last day of the semester for me! Woooooooooo!

Uncle, grandfather, and a couple others from my pseudo family are out waiting in-line to watch Iron Man 3, and sadly I'm not there to join them. However, I'm almost, almost done with my Fact or Fiction paper! I probably wouldn't be enjoying myself so much, if I was out, because I would be stressing about this paper. I hope they're having a blast, though! 

I got done with my lit paper today, and I was so happy. ;~:
