At first, It seemed to me she’s riding on anchor; no sails up and nose in the eye of the wind. However I was wrong. (See the comments, please.)
She being towed, ofcourse!! One can spot the rope comming from the starboard bow, entering the water and reappearing close to the tug. Silly me.
