Undercover Boss

And so it's been finally revealed. The reason I've been as absent as I have been in the past couple of days. I was busy trying to better understand my crew and employees. For my part I think it went rather well and I've gathered some valuable information.

I love “Undercover Boss” show, especially then when boss is honestly generous and cares about their workers, giving them money, vacations etc. instead of being “I will donate 1000 dollars to here and there in your name.” Not saying it’s bad, BUT that just shows how those bosses are more greedy, not wanting to give money away.

In the episode what I’m watching the boss gave first woman worker 20 000 dollars, saying “Use it as you like.” To next woman worker he said; “Come to office to make some plans for selling. I give you 5000 because of that. On top of it I will give you 40 000.” She had wedding under planning and moving away from her mom’s home. Then third worker, a young man, also got 40 000. He wanted to find a better place for his grandmother and himself to live in. Last worker, a woman... I missed her because I was writing this, ahaha! But at the end there was info that she had go through some more education, graduating to be a boss. I’m also sure she got money too since she had children who had been through a lot etc. and she was crying so, so much!

THIS kind of news about people make me tear up. THIS kind of news make me explode with joy. Happy news about people I really like and care about.
