Amazon: Crocodile tears don’t put out fire

There is no solution for the Amazon that does not undergo a change in the Brazilian economic matrix.

There is already an Amazon Cooperation Treaty Organization, whose members are Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, Suriname, Guyana, Peru and Venezuela, and which may well deal with the issue of the fire. Bolivia, Venezuela and Peru have already called for a meeting, but apparently remain solemnly ignored by a Brazil seeking refuge in Trump. 

There is no solution for the Amazon that does not undergo a change in the Brazilian economic matrix. If the world expects us to be a big farm, and if we kneel to the world, it is the farm that will advance – even over the forest. Either Brazil turns first of all to itself and its people, or the agricultural frontier will continue to advance. This is the theme Macron, generals, “moderates”, Bolsonaro and Trump don’t want bring up – because they are all associates in the Brazilian dependency.

Ever think about how much culture has evolved? Like Africa use to be a heavily matriarchal practicing place...and when Europeans created nation states and implemented their White-washed forms of democracy Africa just became so different after centuries of indoctrination.

Character development in TWD

So in TWD they have a tendency to not develop or underdevelope child and teenager character on the show. I get that from the writers adult perspective it may be hard to remember that children are just as complex as adults if not more but by not developing characters that are children they are missing out on an opportunity to not only show off their writing skills they are missing out on opportunity to connect to any teenage audience members( like me). They itroduce characters that can be so interesting and plot lines that are so interesting but they never further them( Beth’s suicide attempt, Mikey literally disapeared from the show out of nowhere , every plot line Carl has in the show, Enid is seriously underdeveloped and deserves better). It’s really frustrating because if they would take the time to develop the kids maybe they wouldn’t be so hated
