Underground reptiles???
Helllllllllllllllllllllll no. We’ve dealt with them personally and it was a trainwreck. Their customer service is very basic and unhelpful, though I wouldn’t say they were unprofessional or rude. Their policies on animals arriving are incredibly sketchy and they don’t really hold to the idea that they ship out healthy animals. If it’s bred by UR specifically, I’ve seen plenty of stories about how great the animal is doing, but if it isn’t CBB, you can expect to pay a pretty hefty vet bill to get your animal to a point where it’s healthy.
(Very bad experience. I am never doing business with them again and I am putting the warning out that you should steer clear, but I do know that they at least produce some very nice looking tegus.)

i need any positive or negative feedback on underground reptiles! any and all helps! i like them but i have heard a few odd things about them and was told to dig deeper buuuuut i can’t seem to find anything specific on either end?
