Actually, now that you mention it, what are the reasons that a1 and each of his ex girlfriends break up? I just realized I have no idea
yeah it just boils down to the fact that hes a fucking train wreck and a very difficult person to deal with
I really really really REALLY want to believe that this moment in The Screaming Staircase when they're in the Red Room and they're going around investigating the walls is like, one of the first instances of Lockwood physically reaching out for Lucy for a moment of providing comfort in an incredibly tense situation, and Lucy just doesn't really pick up on it because no one's ever done that before and why would it mean anything for Lockwood's hand to meet hers and linger there in the dark for only a moment?
I don't know. I may be grasping but I really don't think I am. The wording of "after a moment" feels incredibly intentional to me.
Something that drives me a little insane is that not long after meeting and traveling with Vash in the manga, you can see Wolfwood make a clear effort not to kill. He doesn't stop! But he tries. Which is especially bonkers considering how we see Chapel talk to and treat Wolfwood later on—mercy is not an option and hasn't been for years. And yet! And yet!!!
The eyes of a good guy indeed
Ready to hear my secret shame? Here it is:
Because I didn't pay much attention watching the first couple episodes of SAS: Rogue Heroes, I only knew Paddy and David's names. So in my head I referred to Eoin as "Paddy's weird-looking friend."
Yeah, I know. 😬
When I actually paid attention, episode 3 made me do a REAL quick about-face on their status as "friends." And now my thirst for Dónal is unending.
Weird how fandom does that to you sometimes.
