Hi! Can I request a one shot of Swap x Selective mute reader with She/They pronouns? Thank you!♡
Hi anon! I’m not super familiar with selective mutism, so I tried my best with this fic! I'm also sorry the fic was so short on my part. I hope it was okay! Please let me know your thoughts about it.
Word count: 343.
Sky (Underswap Sans) x Reader.
You gripped Sky’s skeletal hand harshly as you both bustled through the crowd in front of you. Eventually, you made it out of the enormous crowd, catching your breaths beside a coffee shop.
You heard the door of the cafe open. You felt someone tap you and you spun around, facing an old bully of yours from middle-school.
“I almost didn’t recognize you, Y/N! Oh, are you still quiet or whatever?” they asked rudely.
You were pretty used to people being uneducated about your selective mutism. They usually were pretty ignorant, which you weren’t too keen on, but you could handle it.
You nodded nervously in response.
Anxiety was coursing through your veins from that previous crowd and the newcomer who used to bully you. It also didn’t help that your usual chattiness with close friends and family disappeared when you weren’t around some place comfortable.
Your bonefriend, Sky, butt into the depleting conversation with an intimidating smile.
“Hello there! I’m Sky, I’m their boyfriend. How do you know her?” asked the energetic skeleton.
“We used to be old classmates back in middle-school,” your ex-bully explained.
He hummed thoughtfully.
He sized them up with his eye-sockets, narrowing in on them.
“You seem like the type of douchebag who doesn’t give a shit about people's feelings, huh? I remember my darling telling me someone heavily bullied them in her old classes because of their selective mutism. It wouldn’t be too farfetched to say it was probably you, right?” hissed Sky darkly.
They took a step back in shock, blinking wildly at him as if he had two heads. They gaped like a fish out of water.
Sky hummed again. “Well, that answers that. Let’s go, darling,” said the blue-eyed skeleton as he tugged you away from the nerve-wracking situation.
“Thank you…” you managed to mumble out once the streets quieted down, leaving only the two of you on the sidewalk.
He pressed his teeth on your forehead.
“No one messes with my darling,” he grinned.
You couldn’t help but laugh, nodding in agreement.
I was wondering if you could do a US! Papyrus x reader? But the reader is very affectionate and soft towards papyrus. If you have free time of course!
Of course! Sorry, I accidentally posted this earlier before I put anything into it... 😅😂
I wasnt sure if I'd have time to do a full imagine and this has been in my inbox for a while and I just forgot, so I'll just do some headcanons about US!Papyrus with an affectionate reader, because I feel bad for forgetting and not doing it, if that's ok!
Stretch with an affectionate s/o
I headcanon Stretch as being a soft cuddly boy with a love for affection.
However, it may take him some time to get to that place of feeling secure enough to show it.
Hes always been the type to cuddle and read bed time stories to Blue, so hes used to the sort of clingy/needy love.
Therefore, you dont need to stress a bunch about whether he hates it or not.
Gets a bit jealous when he sees you and Blue cuddling because;
He wants to cuddle you
He's always been the one to cuddle Blue, so it's weird to see someone else do it...
Won't show his annoyance of course, because it also sends a shot of pure adoration and warmth through him.
Seeing his S/O getting along so well with his brother makes him happy.
The idea that his two favourite people love each other as well (in a different way than you and him, of course) sends new feelings of hope through his old bones.
ADORES kisses!
He may be a bit of a flirt, but catch him off guard and he might even blush.
Pull him down by his hoodie strings to kiss him on the cheek and watch as a light orange blush starts to melt across his skull.
Something Stretch does when he's a bit shy is rub the back of his neck with a cheeky smile on his face.
Loves cuddles as well.
If he's laying on the sofa watching TV he might grab you by the waist as you walk past so he can pull you into his lap.
May not say it, but if he's taking a nap, the idea of you crawling over to him and laying on his chest makes his soul burst.
It's also sorta hot
Stretch tends to have wondering hands when you cuddle, but it's not alwayssss meant to be sexual.
He loves it when you show how much you care through "little things" such as making sure he's eaten/drunk that day.
Wants you to be happy with him.
Praise him and give him lots of encouragement!!!
He's been supporting Blue for so long, it's easy to forget the last time he felt supported, help him to remember.
Loves fast food but can't resist your cooking (even if it's bad) it makes him so happy to know you put effort in for him.
Loves you even more if you help Blue to learn how to cook properly.
Will try and stop smoking as much when he's around you because he wants you to be comfortable.
Loves to hear your laugh, even if you think its ugly. He'll say the most ridiculous things just to hear your laughter.
Also loves your smile.
Everytime he catches you staring at him with a little smile on your face his soul explodes and his eye lights go fuzzy.
It doesn't matter how tall you are, you're still shorter than him, so there are lots of height jokes. You have to get on your tip toes to kiss/hug properly and he loves it.
Giggling at him... Cute? Sexy? Lovable? Fuckable? He's so confused! Aroused??
Hiya. Would you write UT/US/HT brothers with a human friend who feeds them all the time. "You're just skin and bones and there isn't even skin". The friend knows the bro's aren't human - but when you can see bones their instinct just is to fatten them up :)
Awe, this was cute and fun to write! I hope you enjoy it! ^^
Sans (UnderTale)
“Heh, keep this up and I’ll no longer be able to tell people I’m just big-boned.” Sans likes to joke a lot, but he’s not complaining. You come over almost every day, bring him and Paps more than enough food. At first, it had been funny, you were worried about him because he was bony after all. You were worried a skeleton was bony. He appreciated it though, for two reasons. One, you cared. Two, he couldn’t stand Paps cooking much longer. At least you were giving him lessons on the days you decided to cook at their house.
Papyrus (UnderTale)
“NYEH, HUMAN! HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO COOK MY SPAGHETTI IF YOU KEEP BRINGING FOOD OVER?” Papyrus didn’t appreciate it as much as Sans, but only because you somehow managed to show up with loads of food right before he could start cooking. Plus, with all the food you were trying to feed him, he was worried about his figure! How could he keep biceps like these with all the food he was eating? The food did taste good though, and you were showing him new techniques!
Sans (UnderSwap)
“HUMAN! PLEASE TEACH ME THIS RECIPE!” While he was a little upset about your cooking overtaking his tacos, Sans absolutely loved it. Your food was so good, and you also gave him more than enough! Actually, you gave him way to much. Most of the food was eaten by his brother instead since he needed to stay fit. After a while, he insisted you cooked at his place and help him learn how to cook each meal. Not only did his cooking skills increase, but he learned a lot of new recipes! And he got to spend a lot of time with you!
Papyrus (UnderSwap)
“How sweet of you to drop by.” Papyrus had a huge sweet tooth, and it didn’t take long for you to realize it. After the realization, you always brought over a lot of sweets for him. Honestly, he loved it, and maybe even abused your silly concern about his bony self by constantly texting you “I’m hungry” every time he craved sweets. It never took you more than an hour to get to his house afterward, which makes him wonder if you cooked stuff ahead of time. He really appreciated you for a lot of reasons - you cared enough to drop what you’re doing to bring him cookies, kept him from having to eat his bro’s tacos (although, his cooking is probably good by this point), and made his bro happy by constantly cooking with him.
Sans (HorrorTale)
“…Got anymore?” To say he appreciated it was an understatement. Sure, he and the rest of the monsters are on the surface now and have plenty of food. But Sans believed you could never have too much, and your constant worry over him and his brother’s diet was… Sweet. He never thought he’d see the day where he ate so much he couldn’t eat anymore, but he did with you around. You always came over with food, went straight into the kitchen, and cooked more food. You were honestly a blessing, and he was glad he met you.
Papyrus (HorrorTale)
“AH! THIS IS WONDERFUL, HUMAN! LET’S COOK SOME MORE!” Papyrus is just as delighted as his brother is to have someone worry about him so much. He was constantly in the kitchen with you, watching you cook and occasionally helping. While he did enjoy the treats you brought with you on the way over, he usually let his brother have them all so he could cook with you instead. That’s where he spent almost all of his day, cooking and eating with you (although you did less eating than him. You said you were worried about him being too bony, not yourself). Sometimes, even when you both already had too much food, you’d still continue to cook with him! Which was amazing! Because he got to spend more time with you, and then he and his brother had leftover for in the morning!
Hancock and US Papyrus with a tall S/O who is always dealing with bashing their head off of door frames?
Fallout 4
Hancock would be firstly, snicker a bit before doing anything to help with the pain then secondly give you something, he is a ghoul who enjoys his Mentats, probably offer some form of chem to deal with the pain honestly.
If it is repeatedly happening while he’s around he probably try and give you a heads up about door frames ahead of the two of you, taking the lead of some things if you two were going out to help with folks.
The ghoul would probably start a habit of pulling you down after hitting your head to place a kiss on it with the following.”Better sunshine?”
He is actually a bit happy that he ain’t that tall himself after seeing how much you go through, he will try and keep an eye out for any low hanging things so you don’t bash your head off of it.
Underswap
Papyrus is quite tall himself so he understands that pain well, quite well honestly. So whenever you bash your head, he too, probably bashes his due to the door frame, curse the evil door frame.
He will offer pain killers if you hit the door frame a bit too hard, check for any injuries as well while he is at it.
The only place you probably don’t bash your head is at his house, the door frames are high so no tall person has to suffer the pain of bashing their heads there.
He will let you borrow his hoodie whenever you hit your head off of a door frame, or any low hanging object, just to try and make you feel a bit better, even giving you a small kiss on the cheek.
The UT/UF/US skelebros' s/o wants them to hear their heart beat. How do they react~?
UT!Sans
He kinda glances at you with that ever-present grin and then shrugs. No big deal.
It’s when he presses his head to your chest and he hears that faint fluttering thump of your heart that he kinda stills. He goes completely red and starts laughing quietly. This was you. That little thing in your chest is what’s keeping you alive and breathing right at that very moment. He feels so connected with you in that moment.
UT!Papyrus
“OH MY GOODNESS HOW ROMANTIC”
He immediately scoops you into his lap and clutches your torso tight, pressing the side of his skull to your chest.
He pauses for a second, eyes wide as he takes in the steady beat (increasing slightly at his proximity) and then he looks up at you with this unabashed adoration and just breathes out, “WOWIE, YOU REALLY ARE GORGEOUS.”
*Unintentionally flusters the heck out of you*
US!Sans
He’s completely fascinated by it. And he’s a blushy giggly mess the whole time.
“THIS IS ONE OF THE MOST BEAUTIFUL THINGS I HAVE EVER HEARD”
US!Papyrus
*Sarcastically* “wow babe how romantic”
It’s very playful teasing don’t worry. He just thinks it’s cute what a sucker you can be for this kind of cheesy stuff. He really doesn’t get it.
Until he hears it that is.
He falters and tries to backpedal on the little stutter he let slip after he went quiet for a second. What a goof.
UF!Sans
He looks at you weird and kind of hesitates.
But then he just tentatively presses his head to your chest and is eerily quiet trying to listen for the tell-tale beating. He can almost hear your soul whispering too.
He stays like that for a good minute, a light blush dusting his cheeks.
“heh, cool.”
UF!Papyrus
Genuinely confused.
“BUT WHY. IT’S NOT YOUR SOUL? WHAT DOES IT HAVE TO SAY??”
Finally rolls his eyes and leans down, hands placed on your waist. When he presses his head to your chest he becomes frustrated for a second because he can’t hear it. You tell him to quiet down and he reluctantly does.
When he finally catches the first traces of a thump….thump….. he freezes.
The hands on your waist grip you a little tighter and pull you closer. He’s furrowing his brows trying to hear it better.
You have utterly infatuated him. He asks you way more often to lay his head on your chest during cuddle sessions. Your heart beat becomes this comforting rhythm letting him know you’re alive.
Hi there, can you do a one shot of Swap and his S/O who constantly showers him with compliments and gets absolutely flustered if he compliments/flirts back? (With she/her pronouns) Thank you ^^
“Hey Blue~” you purred as you leaned over his shoulder.
He was currently cooking tacos for lunch. A sigh escaped his lips. “Yes, princess?” he breathed out.
“Call me Shrek because I’m head ogre heels for you!” you teased.
You didn’t miss how he froze and neon blue blush fled to his cheekbones. He turned his skull to the side, facing you. He smirked, trying to hide his embarrassment.
“What’s a nice girl like you doing in a dirty mind like mine~?” he retorted playfully.
You paused before blush spread across your cheeks. You stuttered incoherently. You scowled at him and turned around, promptly storming away.
“Aw, cat got your tongue, darling?” he shouted at you.
You’d get him back, but you needed time to calm down first.
Have a Sansgore fic! Sansgore is heavily underrated and I'll gladly add to the ship! Please let me know your thoughts on the fic, and I hope you have a lovely day/night!
Underswap Sans x Underswap Asgore.
Word count: 2232.
Sans stared numbly at the ceiling above him.
He was up way past his bed-time. Asgore had infiltrated his thoughts. He’s had a crush on the monster ever since they were released from the surface. That was almost two years ago.
It also didn’t help that the anniversary of their departure from the underground was soon approaching. He huffed, rising up from where he laid. He flung the covers off his body and stormed out of his room.
He stopped at his brother, Papyrus’s room. He knew the lanky skeleton would be awake at this late hour. He knocked on the door before he let himself in, shutting the door behind him.
He found Papyrus scrolling on his phone, sprawled out on the mattress on the floor. He still hadn’t gotten a proper bed frame. Papyrus waved at his brother, beckoning him to sit beside him. He complied without a second thought, resting his back on the wall with his brother in the same position next to him.
“You’re never up at this hour, bro. What’s up?” inquired Papyrus slowly.
Sans let out a heavy sigh. “...Asgore…” he mumbled.
Papyrus blinked. “I didn’t catch that,” he replied.
“It’s Asgore, Papy! He won’t leave my magnificent mind!” cried Sans.
A shit-eating grin made its way to his brother’s face as he leaned close, inspecting Sans’s face that was now dusted in a hue of neon blue.
“I didn’t think you had the hots for him that bad,” teased Papyrus.
Sans flicked him on the head lightly.
“Isn’t it your turn to patrol tomorrow? You should really head to bed,” commented Papyrus.
“I would if I could! Sleep won’t come for me…” he said sadly.
“...How about I read you a story?” offered Papyrus.
Sans rolled his eye-lights. “I’m not a babybones…” he crossed his arms to emphasize his point.
“It might help,” hummed Papyrus.
He sighed again before he nodded as a ‘yes’ to Papyrus’s request. Papyrus beamed before he stood up from the mattress, guiding his hand through the bookshelf across from the bed.
He picked Goodnight Moon.
“In the great green room, there was a telephone...” started Papyrus.
Papyrus shut the book with a soft thud. He turned to his brother, who was fast asleep. He couldn’t help but smile, draping the cover over himself and Sans. He, too, fell asleep.
Sans stirred awake, slowly opening his eye-sockets. Papyrus snored beside him, stretched out like a starfish. He huffed, removing his brother’s arm away from his skull. He sat up, stretching his bones before he exited the room quietly.
He started breakfast, cooking scrambled eggs and bacon.
As he finished cooking, there was a knock on the door. He paused, swiftly scraping the eggs onto two plates from the pan before turning off the stove.
“Coming!” he announced as he made his way to the door, looking out the window.
...It was Asgore.
He inhaled, then exhaled before he opened the door, twisting the doorknob.
“Good morning, Sans,” greeted Asgore warmly. Sans noticed he held an ocean blue party bag in his paw.
He was clad in a pink patterned floral shirt and dark purple jeans. His horns glistened under the sun’s natural light, his fur shifting from side to side, thanks to the wind blowing gently.
Sans ignored the sudden hue of blue that blossomed on his cheekbones.
“M-Morning, Asgore!” he stuttered out.
“Oh my! Are you alright, Sans? You’re not coming down with a sickness, are you?” inquired Asgore, worry written in his tone.
More blush rose to his cheekbones. “I-I’m alright! It’s uh… just a bit hot!” he lied through his teeth nervously.
“Ah, alright. I apologize for intruding, but I have a gift for you, considering today is the anniversary of monsters leaving Mt. Ebbot,” grinned Asgore.
“You’re invading nothing!” protested Sans firmly. “I-I’m sorry, I didn’t get you a gift…” Sans curled in on himself, scolding himself for being so impolite.
Asgore extended his paw and rested it on his friend’s shoulder.
“Don’t apologize, Sans. You and Papyrus are the ones who are hosting the party tonight, remember? Consider that enough. It’s nothing special, anyway,” assured Asgore.
“Anything is special if it comes from you,” admitted Sans.
Asgore blinked, blush fled onto his fur. He removed his paw from Sans’ shoulder, letting it drop to his side. He coughed awkwardly.
Sans held in his embarrassment before he opened the door wider, an invitation for Asgore to come in. He entered the house as Sans shut the door behind him. Asgore followed Sans into the kitchen.
The boss monster took a seat on one of the kitchen chairs. Sans took the two plates of breakfast and handed one to Asgore.
“Papyrus will probably ditch my food for Muffet’s. You can have the food,” said Sans.
Asgore’s stomach rumbled in response. Sans held in a chuckle as Asgore sighed heavily, ignoring the blush rising on his face.
“...Are you sure?” he asked.
“Positive,” answered Sans with a smile.
Asgore handed him his gift. “I hope you like it,” he said.
“The Magnificent Sans will love any gift given to him!” exclaimed Sans as he peeked in the bag.
It was a black mug, scattered with stars. It read; “good friends are like stars. You don’t always see them, but you know they’re always there…”
Sans’ soul ached at the friendzoned quote. He hid his pain with a grin. “Thank you, I love it very much! I can’t wait to put my protein shakes in this mug,” he beamed.
“I’m glad you like it,” said Asgore gently.
The two ate their meal in a comfortable silence, occasionally conversing with each other. Sans filled up his new mug with water before pouring protein power into the cup, mixing it until he was done.
He hummed with content.
Asgore took it upon himself to clean up the dishes, much to Sans’s dismay, but ultimately won the fight.
“I’ll see you tonight, Sans. Thank you for your hospitality,” he said politely before he exited the house with a small smile.
Sans stared at the door for a few moments before Papyrus came down, cancelling him out of his thoughts.
“Mornin’ bro,” nodded Papyrus.
Sans blinked and turned around. He pulled out his phone to check the time. “Oh stars, I have to patrol!” he exclaimed before he placed his now empty mug in the sink.
His magic swirled around him like a snake before he waved his brother off, teleporting to the Doodlesphere.
He noticed Dream and Ink a few feet away from him, conversing with each other. He jogged up to them, waving energetically.
The two skeletons greeted him warmly.
“The AU’s were pretty calm yesterday, except for the food raid Nightmare and his gang infiltrated in one of the Underfell AU’s,” explained Dream.
Sans sighed. “They never stop, do they?”
Dream sent him an apologetic smile and shrugged in response. “Anyway, it’s your turn to watch the AU’s, Blue. Are you ready?” inquired Dream.
He nodded before he teleported away, bidding his friends farewell.
The patrol went smoothly. Luckily, the Bad Sanses didn’t attack any AU’s and there wasn’t any conflict that needed to be resolved in the AU’s Sans visited.
He didn’t expect his enemies to be attacking his world when he finished his patrol.
Anger boiled in his nonexistent stomach.
The Bad Sanses were running amuck, causing chaos and destruction through the town. He realized Asgore was protecting a group of humans from their wrath, throwing his fire balls at Cross and Killer.
Although Asgore was a boss monster, he didn’t stand a chance against the ex-guard and the psychotic skeleton. Asgore looked exhausted, standing on his last leg.
He whipped out his phone, typing a message to his fellow teammates to meet him at his AU before putting said phone back in his pocket.
Sans had the upper hand at the moment. The Bad Sanses hadn’t realized he was present yet.
He threw as many bone attacks as he could at the two skeletons, almost knocking them out until a tendril wrapped around his hip bones and thrusted him against a large window of a coffee shop across from where he had stood.
Sans let out a groan before he rolled off his back, sluggishly shaking a few shards of glass off his body. He rose, trying to get a grasp on his surroundings. His eye-lights darted towards the battle.
Thankfully, Ink and Dream had arrived with the yellow-cladded skeleton fighting off Nightmare and the artist roughing up Dust and Axe.
That left Blue to deal with Cross and Killer.
He teleported behind said skeletons, summoning a Gaster Blaster. He watched as his weapon opened its mouth, crashing its power into the two Bad Sanses. The two plummeted to the floor. Killer shakily threw a knife Sans’s way, but he swiftly dodged it.
Asgore ushered the humans away to hide. He then summoned his trident, delivering slashes to the skeletons on the ground. Cross growled under his teeth, propping his arm on the ground, trying his best to rise from the blades of grass.
Suddenly, Nightmare appeared out of thin air behind the two skeletons and opened a portal. Dust and Axe soon approached him and hopped into the portal. Nightmare bent down, easily picking the two injured skeletons up before he disappeared into the portal as well.
Dream and Ink rushed towards Sans. “Are you okay, Blue?” asked Dream. He nodded in response. Asgore limped towards the trio, making sure they were all alright.
“Come to my house, everyone. I can heal you,” said Asgore.
The four monsters ate the boss monster’s food in silence in Asgore’s kitchen. Once they finished, the magic from the food swiftly healed them of their injuries.
Sans embraced his tall friend. “Thank you, Gorey!” he chuckled. Asgore warmly returned the hug.
Ink smirked at their interaction.
“So… Asgore, is there anyone special in your life?” asked the artist.
Asgore blinked, the two departing from their hugs and returning to their seats.
“Well, I was married to… Toriel for hundreds of years. Until she committed disgusting and cruel acts to the children who fell underground,” said Asgore bitterly.
Ink hummed in response. He gestured to Sans. “Y’know… Blue would be perfect for you. He’s the complete package,” grinned the guardian.
Asgore’s face blushed a deep red, reaching his ears. He stuttered incoherently, darting his gaze away from the skeletons.
Dream, who sat beside Ink, stepped his foot harshly onto Ink’s bare foot. Ink held in a surprise squeak, a tear running down his cheekbone from the pain.
“You… You guys should get together,” he whimpered out.
That earned him a smack on his skull by Dream.
Sans glared harshly at Ink, tempted to give him a smack like Dream did. He felt a fluffy paw wrap around his skeletal hand. He glanced at Asgore, whose face was red as a tomato.
“I...I love you, Sans. I have for a while, but I’ve been too much of a coward to admit it. I’m worried if I start another relationship, it will end poorly, like it did with Toriel…” confessed Asgore.
He stared deeply into Sans’s bright blue eye-lights.
Sans’s eye-lights widened as his brow bones rose towards the top of his skull. Blue blush fled onto his skull. He gaped his mouth, opening and closing it like a fish out of water. He was at a loss for words.
He shook his skull, putting his thoughts into a coherent sentence. “I’ve been in love with you ever since Frisk released the monsters to the surface!” revealed Sans.
It was Asgore’s turn to look shocked.
The two monsters hadn’t realized it, but Dream dragged Ink away through a portal to give them some privacy.
Sans cupped either side of Asgore’s face, pulling him down to his height before he smashed his teeth into his lips. The kiss was awkward and messy, but lovely all the same.
Asgore rested his forehead on Sans’. He laced his paw between Sans’s phalanges. “I’d want nothing more than to be your boyfriend, Sans,” he uttered.
“Good, because I feel the same way,” smiled Sans.
The two kissed passionately again, a spark had started between them.
As Sans and Asgore cuddled up on the couch, with party music buzzing off the walls, Sans turned to his now boyfriend.
They heard Alphys break something in the distance, with Papyrus scolding her. The living room was mostly empty, with most of the monsters either outside in the backyard or munching on snacks in the kitchen.
“I have a question, Gorey,” said Sans.
“Hm?” Asgore whipped his head around, a pleasant smile played on his lips. “Yes, dear?”
“Why’d you get me that mug? I thought you friendzoned me when I was given it,” explained Sans.
Asgore shifted on the couch, fiddling with his paws.
“Ah… well… Frisk begged me to get you a gift, since I wouldn’t let them interfere with our friendship to level it up into a relationship. I panicked and didn’t know what to get you, so I bought you a mug. Frisk was very disappointed in me when they read the quote…” sighed Asgore.
“That’s kinda cute,” snorted Sans.
“It is not! I was incredibly embarrassed,” protested Asgore.
Sans pecked his cheek. “Embarrassment looks adorable on you,” flirted Sans. Asgore’s face deepened red in response.
Underswap Sans is officially on the list! I wish I made my fics longer, but I never know how to continue them. I apologize if I didn’t characterize Blue well, as I write more for him, it’ll improve. Anyway, have a good day/night and feel free to request anything to me!
Word count: 740
“Darling, it’s time to wake up…” Your boyfriend called, gently shaking you awake.
You groaned half-heartedly in response, snuggling under the warm covers even further. You closed your eyes to blackout the blinding sun. You heard him huff, shaking you again, but firmer.
“Blue, it’s too early… I don’t have work/school today…” You replied, your voice thick with sleep.
“I let you sleep in for ten whole minutes! I don’t do this every day, you know…” Damn, he had a point.
He was always on schedule for everything, even if you didn’t have anything planned, like today. But, he often tells you it’s better to wake up around the same day to start your daily routine.
A long and loud groan escaped your lips as you reluctantly sat up, rubbing your eyes. You pouted towards his general direction like a toddler waking up from a nap before stumbling over to the bathroom to do your business.
You finished up in the bathroom before you entered back into the bedroom, fishing around for a shirt to wear. You picked the comfiest one, slipping out of your pajamas, as you were about to change into your shirt, you heard a low whistle.
You yelped, twisting your head around, witnessing Blue leaning on the doorframe with a huge, toothy grin on his face.
He loved to tease you, and he was a surprisingly good flirt. He acted innocent on the outside, but he was quite mischievous, he wasn’t as pure as he led people to believe.
The energetic skeleton sauntered his way towards you, locking his arms around your waist before he hoisted you up and twirled you in the air. You shrieked again in surprise, protesting. He softly placed you down before he tickled his teeth on your neck mercilessly.
“Stahahahp it!” You managed to exclaim as giggles left your throat.
“This is what you get for staying in bed longer than anticipated!” He laughed.
Eventually, he stopped, much to your relief. Breakfast waited for you after his antics ceased. You dug in hungrily, conversing with your boyfriend as you did so. You put the dishes in the sink to clean for later and you saw Blue’s eyes flicker from the dirty plate. He twitched his hand, ready to clean it up.
He was a neat freak, which wasn’t too much of a problem. However, it became overwhelming when he flipped out if a sweatshirt was on the ground or if a cup wasn’t on a coaster. For a few weeks now, you’ve been working on his obsessive cleaning.
“It’s not time to clean up the plates, Blue.” You hummed, glancing over at the clock. His problem was so bad you had to plan when he could clean certain things. He shook his head before he gave you a quick peck on the cheek.
“Yes, yes, I know. I’m going to fold the laundry now.” He replied, it sounded like he was about to whine in his sentence, clearly tense he wasn’t able to clean.
---
As you flipped through the channels on the television, from the corner of your eye, you watched Blue stare at your jacket he was about to fold. Your eyes arched in confusion before you realized he sneaked it on. Although his bones were thick, he was pretty small for a monster, barely above five feet. His bones were almost fragile, like a porcelain doll.
You snickered, your hand covering your mouth as you tried to hide your smile. He didn’t even look alarmed, turning his skull over his shoulder with a smile of his own.
“What? I’m not allowed to wear my partner’s clothing…?” He inquired playfully. You waved your hand dismissively.
“I didn’t say anything. I think you look flan-tastic!” You relished how he cringed at your pun, he hated them with a passion. It was amazing to see his reactions, it never failed to put a smile on your face.
“I won’t fold your clothes if you continue.” He warned.
“Aw, you’ll make my clothes bone-ly!” You answered with a shit-eating grin plastered on your lips.
“You’ve officially disappointed me, you can do your own laundry.” He said flatly before he shot up from his seat on the ground. You guffawed as he made his dramatic exit, still wearing your jacket as he left.
His comment was contradictory, you knew he would do your laundry later when you weren’t around to hear your input.
