Tourist Trap (Starter)

Tropical life, who doesn’t love it? You’ve got the sun, the sea, and all of the wonderful wildlife. What could be better than that?

Well, maybe actually having it?

Chrisk had taken a trip down to the tropics for a small vacation away from his Snowdin home. He planned to stay on the beach and maybe go out on some tours of the island that he was on... He managed to have enough money to go on a group tour in the jungle, and when he was there, things seemed to be going pretty good. The people there didn’t seem to recognize him (Even after that whole incident after coming to the surface for the first time), and he saw colorful birds everywhere... It was only at the end of the trip where things got bad... By the time the group got back to the wilderness lodge, it was pouring down rain... And due to this, the buses that were supposed to pick them up wouldn’t be able to get to them till after the storm... A bit of a let down for the Prince, as he had planned to go eat at a pub close to the hotel he was staying at, but, the optimistic prince shrugged it off.  He looked over at ________ beside them. “Well... At least it can’t get any worse!” The Prince smiled at the stranger... Who was starting to recognize the Prince, but couldn’t pinpoint it.... ((Howdy Howdy! Open Starter

Lucida scratched her cheek thoughtfully as she looked down to the glowing waters of Waterfall, her other skeletal hand resting on her hip. Hovering beside her head her assistant William eyed her a bit impatiently “What are you looking at?” She glanced towards him with a smirk “Just taking in the sights sourpuss, even if we live here I still find it fascinating” the skeleton monster replied cheerfully, looking around the grassy area around them. 

“Just the same old landscape, if you can call a cavern a landscape that is...” the eyeball monster scoffed and she smirked, rolling her eyes “Oh lighten up, it may be underground but that doesn’t make it any less beautiful than someplace on the surface. I’ll bet the surface water doesn’t glow like this, I bet they don't have magic flowers either” the woman noted, looking at the water again before William turned “Someone’s here”

The Saiyan had been calmly watching the sea up till the point where he heard a disturbingly familiar voice…And turned to see…

Champa.

“W-what…? This… this CAN’T be right… y… you’re here…?”

“Y-you… you aren’t… I-I…”

“Y-you… dirty brother killer… you aren’t gonna stop until every thing and everyone I love is dead, are you…?”

“No… I won’t let you… If I’m going out… I’m going out fighting!”

“CHAMPAAAAAAAA!!!”

Echo flowers and company (open starter)

Echo flowers, one of the most interesting things in the underground to a certain goat monster, a flower that repeats the last thing it hears over and over again. It was strange but Rial had found her own way of using the flowers as company, it by listening to the words of a passing monster that the flower was repeating and responding. Or by starting up her own conversations and replying as if the flower had spoken on its own.

The flowers had to be the one place she could always be found, aside from snowdin of corse. How ever even traling timelines could get boring real fast, and she found her self, in every timeline chatting with the flowers, or even just sitting alone. Meeting other monsters, it didn’t appeal to her anymore, she’d seen so many versions if the monsters she knew yet only one her had ever existed. That thought alone could be taken the wrong way, she was something abnormal to the timelines, something all her own. She hated it. Not because she wanted to see some other version of her self, far from that really, because it would be something new, It would make her feel less alone here.

Open starter

Luci rubbed her arm with a huff "you're being too difficult, can't we take it easy for a bit" the skeleton complained to her assistant who scoffed in reply "if you're going to gain more control and get stronger you need to practice, legitimately practice Lucida" he replied, firing another attack at her with his eye. She squeaked, ducking to the side and he rolled his eye "we are practicing Blocking dear, not Dodging" "You caught me by surprise!" "You can't keep using that excuse" She frowned, straightening up again as she lifted her arms in front of her "fine, hit me again" he wasted no time in firing another attack, this time her eyes were glowing magenta and a solid curved force field formed in front of her arms, bouncing the attack back at him which he swatted away with a wing. "better, now again" He fired two shots this time and she used one arm to deflect the first attack and her other to deflect the second though she was pushed off balance. William fired another shot and she stumbled a bit though she managed to deflect the attack. He fired again, and again, working her movement speed up until she missed a block and was hit in the arm. The skeleton flinched, looking at the mildly burnt bone with a frown, she was lucky William diluted his attacks for training or her arm might have been shot across the floor. The eyeball monster flew over "too slow Lucida, you need to open your eyes, all of them" she pressed a hand over the injury which began glowing with her magic as she healed the burn "you know I hate using it" he narrowed his eye "if the time comes you'll have to use it, that's why we are training isn't it, to control her?" Luci looked away "it is, but...what if" "No buts, let's go again, let her see this time" he said sternly and she crossed her arms, glancing down as she kicked a pebble over the ground "fine, but just for a little while okay?"
