No need for obsessively worrying about having a lack of interest in those around you and being unable to form meaningful bonds. All of that would be impossible anyway if there isn't anyone around you. You'd be relieved from the pressure of living up to those standards.

This is probably the easy way out of this. You forsake socialization by simply stopping to engage. Doing nothing costs nothing. I know this feeds into harmful thoughts. In reality I know you cannot live without others. If I seclude myself I would forsake my own standards for myself too. I know in the long run this would only bring ruin. It is dangerous to indulge and lose yourself in thoughts like these.
