The only thing funnier than random untranslated italicized German words in English academic texts that are lowkey superfluous bc there is an English word that works pretty well, is when they are also *wrong.*
I just had to read the word Brudderbund and a) why did you think you need a double d there, and b) just fucking use "fraternity." It's literally right there.
Starting to belive in god for this final (molecular ecotoxycology)
it is 10:30pm why has my roommate just decided to hand wash her laundry in our bathroom
velcro rollers in the mullet
uni teachers setting up like a get to know us quizz thingy
and at one point it's like
''what year were u born: after 2008, 2007, 2006, 2005, 2004''
and no ''earlier'' option
and that's when u start feeling old xd
and then they start talking abt how old the 2007s were when different things happened and u feel really old then (and inm nt that much older in the grand scheme of things!)

There was a vegan festival at the university today. As I live close by, I went there to have brunch with a friend. The weather was beautiful! It was chilly in the morning so I wore a pullover. Boy,that was a mistake. The 12pm sun was so bright and warm. Maybe starting next week, I can wear long sleeves. I had a language class at 2. Lowkey didn't want to go because I've have been so tired lately. I miss my mum so much. I get so teary eyed these past couple of months as soon as I encounter something remotely close to home. I was crying watching Pride and Prejudice, I was lonely listening to the audiobook. I cried watching Gilmore Girls a few minutes ago. I wish she can come here for my graduation. When she comes here, I can see how happy she would be to see my university.
can someone PLEASE explain determining R/S chirality to me, it trips me up every single time for no reason. I know the thumb trick and the counterclockwise/clockwise trick and it's not enough
