Unicoranglais here. I used to write danganronpa... during the days of danganronpa fandom when the SA paywall was a thing and nobody had heard of it, haha. I don't know why I keep going for tiny fandoms! The book sounds totally lit tho, I love the idea. Yell at me on AO3 if you ever wanna talk Dinn hcs or ideas, I'm totally game but I don't have a Tumblr account (and this askbox has a limited number of characters) ;)

Omg same.... Outer Wilds and Obra Dinn, why do I do this to myself. At least Outer Wilds has a relatively bustling reddit.... see you over on AO3, though! And when I post about my project on the reddit, I'll let you know. :)

What’s your astrological sign? Gemini.

What’s the best piece of advice you ever received? This was during the great existential crisis of 2014/15, when I kinda convinced myself that the world wasn’t actually real, and the sky was gonna peel apart and everything would turn out to all be a simulation. The advice came from my mum, who, when I spoke to her about it, said, “Does it really matter? Live like it is real.” And that helped - not just with that, but generally, too. This is as real as it’s gonna get, and there’s no point stressing about it, because this is the life I do have, so I should make it as good as I can.

When’s the last time you followed your instincts? Like, never? I always overthink everything. But, uh, I had the instinct to sleep in today, which I followed. Does that count?

What’s your favorite food? All things considered, it’s chocolate, but there are some times when I just crave hash browns, or something savoury. Or like, a juice, or something. Heck, I just like food, full stop.

What’s your secret dream? Unsecret, but The Dream, is that I want to get a job in a professional orchestra. Someday, I want to be principal flute of one of the world’s top orchestras, playing good music for people.Slightly more secret, but not to the people who know me well, is that I want to see the scci dude again. Like, properly. Probably not gonna happen (FUCKIGN SEPTEMBER), but I hold out hope.

16) Do you have a collection of anything?I’m a hoarder, so, yes, many collections. I have collections of pretty rocks, notebooks, fandom things, foreign coins, etc etc etc...

23) What’s the worst place you have ever been to?Um? There was a drop toilet at the place we stopped on a 10k hike in year 6 camp, so I reckon that would have to rate pretty highly on the Don’t Want To Go There Again scale. Also, the old people’s home that my great-grandfather stayed in was not one of my favourite places, it was a bit depressing and smelt of cabbage, and just gave off not great vibes in general.

37) What is your secret weapon to get someone to like you?Tbh I just talk at people about memes and/or fandom until we find common ground. Or tell stories about the awkward shit I get up to. Idk, I’ve never had a real Plan for trying to make friends, I just try and chat normally about Stuff In Common, with a minimum of my trademark social awkwardness.

48) What would you want to be written on your tombstone?Loss.jpgOr maybe that “you tried” star in comic sans...Seriously though, maybe a couple of lines from Do Not Go Gentle, which is one of my fave poems and happens to be about death, kinda. I’d like to have something a bit poetic (and probably a tad pretentious), but I haven’t really given it much thought. In any case, it’s not really my decision by that point.

I know, I know, it’s been a really long time… although not really, if you think about it (I finished the rewrite of the first two chapters in June, and June isn’t so long ago, is it?)

If I have made you like Staci, I have already succeeded. I’ll get back to it one of these days. I’m balancing way too many things right now, ‘specially with finals around the corner. But the nice thing about college is, no homework over winter break! I’ll see if I can write you another few chapters then!

… Might take awhile, because my computer has to stay on campus and Mom says I need to come home for the holidays. Google Docs app is incredible, but I am not the fastest at typing on the phone (I use my right pointer finger, not my thumbs…)

Man, I have NO idea how long this has been in my inbox?? But yeah, my tablet is definitely only cooperative every once in a while :( I’ll draw the SHSL Doki Doki soon, though! I just can’t settle on a design for him. Gotta find the essence of doki.
