“But I’m Not Antisemitic…”
A message to anti-Israel Westerners.
You might truly believe your activism is rooted in justice. You might be horrified by antisemitism. You might even feel offended by the idea that your stance could contribute to it.
But if you ignore Jewish grief, deny or downplay October 7, or blame Israel for every global injustice—from racism to homophobia—what exactly are you fighting for?
If you only accept Jewish voices that validate your views and silence the rest, is that solidarity—or something else?
This isn’t a call-out. It’s a call-in.
Because if your vision of justice leaves no room for Jewish safety, identity, or pain…
then maybe it’s time to ask:
What do you really mean when you say, “I’m not antisemitic”?
