The promotion and protection of human rights is a core pillar of our peacekeeping operations. 

Six of our peacekeeping missions have human rights teams including: MONUSCO (DR Congo), UNAMID (Darfur), UNMISS (South Sudan), UNMIL (Liberia), UNOCI (Côte d'Ivoire), and MINUSTAH (Haiti).
