See and the thing is I really did love my sister. By Profit our parents tried to turn is on each other but I really did love my sister. Maybe that's why I had to
I think today is a little easier than it has been. I had always been scared of us having a fight we couldn't survive. But we never really had a conflict between us, it was always bonding over conflict around us. Surviving together. I needed that, and I needed you. I still do, honestly. But neither of us really learned to fight. We both tried to avoid it. It hurts that I had grown into the addressing stage before you did. Maybe you had been uncomfortable with me for a while and never said anything.
Dear company
I am writing regarding my new Roomba Vacuum-Mop, which has decided to go on strike. Yesterday it refused to clean the bedrooms, and the day before that, the kitchen. It says it "doesn't vibe with the decor." I have already moved the furniture around, fixed the broken items, and even replaced a couple of objects with more modern ones, but it still refuses to fulfill its purpose. Yesterday I heard it talking to my cat about unionizing.
I called customer support. They took 48 hours to respond and another 72 hours to assign me a technician, whose visit window was between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. I had to miss work to wait for him, and he arrived around 8:00 p.m. While updating my Roomba's software, he asked me to make him dinner. Since I wasn't expecting visitors, the only thing I could offer him was a plate of buttered noodles. The Roomba refused to speak to him, although it did accept the update. The technician had a second plate, left a very rude remark, and left.
My Roomba tells me that the company logo on the technician's vest was missing a stripe, and that's why it didn't want to talk to a stranger. Now the three of us are worried about the man who visited us yesterday, and we would at least like a discount on next month's payment. The update did not solve the problem.
Kind regards,
I was never the same priority to you that you were to me, wasn't I? I could drop 500 for a plane ticket without a second thought, but the thirty seconds it would have taken to say "I can't make the flight over" was too much. I would have gone through hell and back for you, but the second I show that I am a deeply needy and selfish person, the way that an orphaned child is fundamentally needy, I became too much. I would have done anything for you. I would have done everything for you. I would have become anyone for you. My world centered you, I was simply a moon revolving around you. You were my sister, my closest friend, my confidant. Now I think about how many pills it would take until I forget your name and everything painfully cuts to black while I expel my organs as they shred themselves.
I try not to get mad at you. Then I see you posting something about being destined to repeat mistakes you don't learn from, and it's a slap in the fucking face. You didn't learn to mention anything in discomfort. You ran. You didn't learn to stand up for and assert yourself. You hid. I never thought I'd get so upset over you not wanting to grow with me, but I always saw you as growing. The two of us, growing alongside one another. I guess you didn't want it the same way I did, though. Maybe you wanted me to stagnate, too. Maybe you're a flower, and I'm a tree. Maybe your growth cycle is just shorter than mine. I miss us, and who I could be with you.
