Sometimes you have to #Disconnect and #connect with the earth... I spent a lot of time on the #beach in #oxnard this weekend when I was at #unstuck17... when I was younger, this was #church for me and my mom... now I see why she needed this for her sanity.... Im at peace on the #Beach (at Oxnard, California)

Today's theme was "Am I my sisters Keeper" These ladies were #impressive. We did 3 rounds of 10 exercises for #50secs of #work and #10secs of #rest in between the rounds I gave the some #information on #regeneration and #myofacial Release for the muscle. #Unstuck17 has proven to be a complete #success (at Embassy Suites by Hilton Mandalay Beach Resort)
