i keep wanting to repost aro/ace positivity posts to include the entire a-spectrum but i also have like this partial desperate need to be viewed in a positive light

anyway like. you know don't say "aspec" when you mean "aromantics and asexuals." is a spectrum for a reason. there's words for just aros and aces.

other aspecs exist.

i keep re-checking things to make sure i didn't accidentally type a slur or some scribble can't be made out to be some horrific hate crime

except ive rechecked it like 10 times. and my brain is moving incredibly slowly so i blink and like 20 minutes have gone by???

and if i try to go "well there probably ARENT hidden slurs in here" my brain (my lovely, lovely brain that can barely remember what i did this week) pulls up some ancient memory from like 5 months ago where i DID actually make a horrific typo and reminds me how even though i changed it, some people will forever have to pre-edited version and there's nothing i can do about it, and these are just the horrific costs of not giving up 3 checks in

heyyy just wanna ask are you also having trouble looking at alt text by clicking on the alt button on an image 😓 i cant do it on my phone or computer for some reason

i think this is one of those situations where written descriptions are also helpful in case the site is being mean
