I have never personally seen people saying this but I see posts like this so I know it must be out there and I'm just like "Whuuuuhhh????"o.O She was literally fighting evil.

I’ve obsessively read every complete Chris fic I’ve found, so that may have something to do with why I’ve seen it so often. But so many people just have Chris dismiss her death completely, as if it wasn’t important at all, as if someone he had feelings for and was planning on marrying didn’t actually matter at all and the fact that his brother brutally killed her was no big deal. Just... You may not like her, which, cool, you do you, but seriously?! She was a much more complex character than people seem to give her credit for and it’s just... Did you even watch the episode? Agh, I hate that soo much, because she temporarily reverted back to evil, which we saw characters like Phoebe and Cole do for much less noble reasons, before she saw how she messed up and did her best to fix it, giving her life for it. And the only thing people got was “oh, she’s a traitor?” SERIOUSLY?!

“What are you doing here, Melinda? I’m trying to drown my sorrows in candy and Disney Halloween movies.” Looking down at the empty bowl of treats, she groaned as she added, “Well, I was. Until my candy got taken for a bunch of trick or treaters.”

Looking up and over at her cousin, she warned, “If you’re only here because Mom sent you to make sure I don’t go demon hunting, I’m going to throw you out and I won’t be sorry about it.”

Well, maybe a little sorry, she thought. Taking another look at her pitifully empty bowl, she decided, I need more candy though, either way.
