What we know about unmade/lost episodes of Big Hero 6: The Series
Alright, I'm going to do some rehashing here of previous posts; but please bear with me. I wanted to make a post about lost episodes n.n
1: The Obvious (Original Season 3)
Alright, I made this post months ago so here is full one
💬 2 🔁 3 ❤️ 10 · What we know about the original plans for Big Hero 6: the Series season 3 (and what we can guess) · Look, I like season 3,
And here is the sum for what you need to know. Season 3 was cut down from the usual 26 ep format to 10 per Disney interference, and here's a list of stuff we could've gotten in Season 3
Karmi's return arc (confirmed; condensed into Big Chibi 6 ep,also Megan might just have met Karmi here, hence why she's mentioned but not shown in Big Chibi 6 or at all in season 3. Hardlight was probaly gonna return in this season overall*)
Sirque's return (unconfirmed; likely + possibly teased by her mention in Go Go the Woweroo)
Cobra's return (unconfirmed; likely due to her being the most lore heavy villain introduced in the season)
Momakase/Hiro the Villain follow-up (unconfirmed/a guess; she resumes villainy despite having her family swords back, which is never explained)
Hardlight's return* (unconfirmed but like Cobra; probaly gonna happen)
High Voltage Redemption (unconfirmed, but quite possible per Go Go the Woweroo. They were the first villains BH6 faced that they hadn't overall/first gimmick villains (Clan Kase will never retcon that btw n.n), so it would make sense that they would get a whole redemption ep too; quite possibly the same ep as Mr. Sparklez. I know @spyrkle4 would love this if it were true; but both of us are still glad that their redemption was overall canon X)
Mad Jacks Return and or Redemption (Unconfirmed but possible per Go Go the Woweroo and the fact they were mentioned for the first time since The Impatient Patient)
Di Return Overall (Unconfirmed but possible; Go Go the Woweroo mentioned her, so who knows?)
Trina redemption arc (Unconfirmed but possible)
And now ladies and gents; part of the ORIGINAL pitch for Big Hero 6: The Series per the Pitch Bible online.
And get strapped in ladies and gents; cuz if you didn't know before, you will now.
2: The Original Amount of Time Passing
Originally, each season would've covered 1 school year, which means Seasons 1-3 would've covered 2032-2035. We would've also gotten holiday breaks (I.E winter and spring*) and *spring flings (dances). Ok would've is a stretch, but it was at least a possibility. And there were also plans/themes for each year
2032-2033; Year One: Making Choices
We actually got this theme wise; what is easy/hard (Failure Mode plus Issue 188 and Killer App to name some), Hiro being in Tadashi's shadow (Failure Mode again) and of course; Professor Granville.
2033-2034; Year Two: Taking Chances
It mentions academic challenges that Hiro must achieve. And interestingly, it mentions that TADASHI created Baymax, so what will Hiro's breakthrough be?
That is something fanfic writers like me should keep in mind, especially since Hiro gets a grant sometime down the line per the movie credits n.n
2034-2035; Year Three: Chasing Greatness
It mentions epic challenges, going pro and team-up moments/eps with villains.
Overall, we got most of this; albeit condensed to roughly a year and a half in-universe compared to the three year pitch. The pitch bible also mentions the Great Catastrophe being even worse (like elemental mayehm), which could possibly be due to Shimamoto/possibly her machine just making the natural earthquake even WORSE.
And besides other stuff, like inventions that to my knowledge didn't appear in the show or comics, overall no episodes in the bible that didn't get made aside from the holiday breaks or spring flings Bob and Mark originally wanted to put in.
3: Closing Statement
Now this is NOT a hate post to Disney, I just wanted to talk about Lost Episodes. So overall, we don't know too much about lost episodes since we don't have much to go off of besides at least one comment about Karmi's arc, and a whole lotta speculation along with some ideas from the pitch bible (which you can find online btw).
I just hope that we return to San Fransokyo soon, whether that be both a continuation of the shows/movies along with a live action version in the same vein of 2025's How to Train Your Dragon + Netflix One Piece, or perhaps at the least for now, a visit to another universe via a Disney Twisted Tales novel n.n

Spider-Man: Into The Spider-Verse – Deleted Scenes & Unused Concepts Spider-Man Into The Spider-Verse has a bunch of deleted scenes and early concepts that didn't make the cut.
Sly Cooper concept art- Hokyo Lim’s design for an “Ice Monster.” I wonder which level this guy was supposed to be for?
More concepts for Hoshiko.
3am concepts are a thing for me. I get up roughly around 3am because I can’t sleep and also because I got an idea for a design. Here, we see that I’m bad at on-the-fly designs, and I’m not guaranteed to keep them.
Inky stayed intact with hardly any changes. Even today, his design has not changed too much (the only current change in design is that I realized his wings would have two points when stretched out).
Smile, on the other hand, became something else entirely. The original idea was that he was a human who got cursed and transformed into a sentient and sapient hood. His relationships with all the other characters were differently, especially with the main character. Now he is a six-winged bat who I really need to practice drawing more.
