In Phantasmagoria of Flower View there exists a file called title01, which contains the elements from the Options menu. Amongst them you can find an "ON" option and a "KEYBOARD" one.

The "ON" option seems to be something that was supposed to be carried over from Imperishable Night but scrapped during development.

However, I am not entirely sure about the "KEYBOARD" option if it's indeed unused, since I am using my laptop's inbuilt keyboard to play the game and not a controller or something else. The player controls present for me in the Options menu are "PAD1", "PAD2", "FULL", "LEFT" and "RIGHT", but there might be a chance "KEYBOARD" appears under special circumstances. So I'm leaving this one with a questionmark for the time being.

There is an image called "mname" in the files of Phantasmagoria of Flower View which contains the song titles of the themes which play during the stages (excepting the pre-battle themes).

At the very bottom of this image, there stands out a song name: BGM. 霊夢の曲, translating to BGM. Reimu's Theme (thank you Maribel and Azazaz for helping me transcribing and translating this).

This is written in a different font size and colour from the rest of the songs and doesn't seem to have any correspondent to an in-game song.

Unused extra stage description from Phantasmagoria of Flower View trial

In the trial version, the extra stage was not available, but the menu image existed in the game files. It had a different description than in the full version and it was also named “LAVEL” instead of “LEVEL”.

Considering Reimu is the only possible opponent for Mystia's Story stage 6 according to the wiki, and since the same opponent won't appear twice, it seems impossible for Reimu to appear in stage 5 since she'll always be the stage 6 opponent. I assume the Mystia VS Reimu Stage 5 scenario might exist in the data, but is impossible to see in-game.

It actually makes sense.

In this case, there is some more unused content in the game.
