♈ a description of their home - apartment building or detached house? how many rooms are there? colours of their walls? any decorations?
turns neck so fast it cricks. oooh nuriko is the prettiest. hopefully she didn’t see that play it cool keen
outside of stella city, keen lives on the top floor of an apartment building under an assumed name with mitra (mercenary partner) and lanying (technically also mercenary partner but mostly just adopted daughter.) it is a nice place! it has a balcony where keen keeps plants and mitra is not allowed to smoke and a kitchen where mitra cooks and the only thing keen can make is coffee, and it has three bedrooms-- keen and mitra moved out of a two-bedroom place when lanying came to live with them-- and keen has the smallest bedroom, by choice. it is a dump.
ok it’s not that bad but the bed is like.... a perpetually tangled blanket nest... and there are paints and papers everywhere and it’s dim because keen tends to be nocturnal, living with their family. keen’s an artist, so there are canvases stacked in their room, but not too much art anywhere else, except a mural that keen’s painted in mitra’s room. why mitra’s room? he’s a fucking space heater so everyone gravitates in there and also he wasn’t around to protest when they did it so nah. cat’s away, will play, etc.
AS FOR STELLA keen keeps a room at the moonpie motel for registration purposes but lives above their shop on Bucknanan St in a tiny apartment. It is a nice place made of wood but a little old, a little shabby! not that keen minds. right now it’s mostly just got a futon and a shelf, things like that, some pans and cooking stuff. what keen really wants is plants, honestly, but they haven’t had the chance to hit up margaery’s store yet. it’ll be very nice all fixed up, with plants and canvases everywhere and some lamps. (also needs curtains, oops.)
