Things I just thought about bc yikes: When I go to my dad's the week of Christmas do I say anything about therapy?,,, bc I do not trust him to hear "oh yeah I'm going to therapy" from my mouth and not jump down my mom's throat with "what the hell did you two do to our daughter that she needs therapy why didn't she tell me before this why didn't she just come to me do you expect me to help pay for this now because you never mentioned before do I need to bring this into court you're clearly unfit etc etc etc"
