ok very random but. my mum works for a careers advisor and the company told her they have to start putting people’s CVs / resumes into AI to check if it’s a good match for the job they’re applying for. and for some reason my mum and her colleagues are asking me whether or not they should do it. and i’m very anti AI generally but i don’t know enough facts to be able to tell them why it might not be a good idea. if anyone knows anything abt this shit or has any resources i could send them i appreciate it…..i do Not think it’s a good idea to put a clients resume into an AI especially without their permission but i am not informed enough to be able to say it confidently…..
