Backyard Band @ 930 Club for Chuck Brown's Bday back in 2001
I love where i'm from. Backyard was always my band, but my folks were NEG fans. I told them i'm cool w/going to the ICEBOX with yall on Saturday nights, but when i turn 16 im UPTOWN every FRIDAY with BYB. From 1999 to the closing of the Black Hole in 2001, I/We hardly missed a friday. Even when the place was empty when BIG G was locked, we was still there regardless!
