Ok honestly I'm kind of pissed rn because u guys are here answering people with problems about shipping anime characters when my week old submission (the one about the two boys I referred to as X and Y) is very time sensitive and I'm sure a lot of people have way more serious and important problems they need answered. Like please get your priorities straight, thanks, or at least answer things in order of when they were submitted
I’m sorry that you feel this way. However, please keep in mind that we are human beings who are not capable of answering asks non-stop. This is a volunteer blog. All admins have their own lives. All of us have school, work, and our own mental health to take care of. Answering asks is not all we do every day. Secondly, we have an ask box of over 600 asks and 5 admins. It’s incredibly difficult for us to answer all asks as soon as they come in.
Actually, we do answer questions in order of when they are submitted. Currently, our oldest asks are from November. I guarantee you that the ask answered about shipping anime characters was from November of 2016. We have multiple asks that are up to 5 months old, and we are working on getting those answered before others that come in. Additionally, I know you’re upset, but you can’t know that your situation is harder than the person’s whose ask was just answered. I know that shipping anime characters may seem silly to you, but it was obviously distressing to the person asking it, and so they deserved an answer, especially when they have been waiting five months for a qualified answer.
Yes, we do prioritize urgent and time sensitive asks. However, these are only prioritized when they are actually urgent. Meaning: someone is going to commit suicide, someone is self-harming, you are being abused, etc. I know that your submission is important to you, but a relationship problem (if abuse is not involved) is not urgent. Suicide or possible harm is urgent, not a crush.
Your submission will be answered. We never delete anything unless it is hateful towards a certain admin. I promise you that you will get a decent answer. It just may take a while, but please forgive. We are only human. I apologize for the inconvenience.
