👨‍🏫 Erinaldo era apenas mais um professor de português no Cuzil até ser transferido para a sempre caótica Poclândia, trazendo consigo seu filho adolescente, Uril, uma bicha afeminada viciada em diva pop e usuária fiel das calcinhas da marca BRAT (e faz questão de exibir a rendinha neon quando baixa pra pegar o lápis).

Pai solteiro, Erinaldo vive o drama clássico de sobreviver com o salário minguado de educador, enquanto tenta dar conta dos surtos hormonais e das vontades extravagantes do filho. Ainda assim, os dois formam uma família unida e amorosa, que bota muito Caixão e Caliente no chinelo quando o assunto é laços familiares improváveis.

Uril, apesar de todo o glitter, sonha em ser jogador de futebol — não pelo esporte (que ele acha um porre), mas pra passar a vida manjando as rolas pentelhas e suadas dos colegas no vestiário. “Julgue os meios, mas não o objetivo”, ele sempre diz, com uma piscadinha homosex.

Será que Erinaldo vai conseguir se manter firme como professor sem enlouquecer, e Uril vai realizar seu sonho molhado nos campos, ou vão acabar virando mais dois personagens escandalosos nas fofocas que correm soltas entre as famílias do bairro, lado a lado com Don Lotario, Liryel e as Calientes?

Commander’s Cup Spring 2015: Preliminaries

This is it! This is where the best of the best will begin their arduous climb towards the Commander's Cup! The Prelims are stacked with some of the greatest match-ups in the history of the format. We have decorated veterans to hungry young bucks. We have old scores to be settled and new rivalries beginning. And we have the superstars of the format ready to duke it out. Let's look at some of these match-ups, bracket by bracket.

Animar, Soul of Elements vs Oloro, Ageless Ascetic

Can 2 life per turn survive insane tempo? Can a fistful of Esper hate beat a swarm of Temur value? We will find out when Oloro and Animar face off. Animar had edged out Oloro in terms of his life totals and his total margin of victory; that is the overwhelming speed of Animar's relentless offense. But Oloro can combo out if the blue and leave you wondering where your life total went. Can Animar keep his pace while being prepared for these surprise haymakers? Can Oloro hang in long enough to deliver a finisher?

Sygg, River Guide vs Uril, the Miststalker

They met at the Quicksilver Qualifier and Sygg dominated Uril, taking a commanding lead early with fish carrying swords. By the time Uril found his stride it was already too late. The experts look at that match and say that Uril was handicapped by his poor land draws. At the Transguild Invitational, the other Uril showed up and he crushed the competition, going 3-0. Which Uril will come tonight? Can Sygg really prepare for the wrecking ball that is Uril?

Yisan, the Wanderer Bard vs Gahiji, Honored One

The rookie sensation Yisan has been electrifying crowds with turn 3 Ulamogs. Now he must come face to face with a living anthem, a relentless beast who leads an unstopable swarm. Will Yisan be able to continue his meteoric rise through the ranks of the EDW, or will he be eaten alive by Gahiji? Was it luck that brought him this far, or is he the genuine article? We’re about to find out!

Thraximundar vs Titania, Protector of Argoth

Thraximundar reached the Preliminary round by systematically dismantling the reigning EDW Champion in single combat. Titania managed to eke out a victory over Kaalia with a fortunate top-deck. The only edge Titania has going into this match is her token generation: if she can get it online, she may be able to outlast Thrax. But outracing He Who Paints the Earth Red will be the greatest challenge of this young contender’s life.

Yasova Dragonclaw vs Karador, Ghost Chieftain

Karador is one of the veterans of the format, the Mayor of Valuetown. He made it to the Preliminary Round with a Wild Card. Now he has to face Yasova Dragonclaw, an aspiring rookie who swept the Thran Qualifier. Yasova showed her ability to dictate the tempo of matches and make it difficult for her opponents to get their footing before she knocks them down. Karador is nothing if not resilient. Maybe he has what it takes to knock the rookie down a peg.

Athreos, God of Passage vs Krenko, Mob Boss

Absolute Aggro versus grinding Control! Krenko has dominated 4-way matches all by himself. Athreos has one of the best long games in the format. And packing both black and white gives the God of Passage the best package of mass removal in the game. If you want to best Krenko 1-on-1, you had better be able to keep the board clear of goblins. But if he can't, Krenko will advance to the Quarterfinals as the only superstar with confirmed deicide.

First Blood Match: Kaalia of the Vast vs. Uril the Miststalker vs. Wort, Raidmother vs. Cromat

By decree of Stately Lord Phelddagrif, there will be a match whereupon the first competitor to eliminate an opponent shall claim victory over all others!

Ladies and gentlemen, the stipulation handed down by Phelddagrif for this match is just dynamite: it rewards explosive speed and relentless offense. When you eliminate an opponent, you win. Full-stop. That means you can snipe off an opponent who someone else has already reduced to 3 life and claim the win for yourself!

Kaalia of the Vast gets things started quickly by throwing elbows at her biggest threat, Uril the Miststalker. These two superstars of the format have deadly speed and tremendous offensive potential at their disposal, and they waste no time in going at one another. The Party Party is well-represented in this match, both Cromat and Wort well known for their explosive damage output, but Uril and Kaalia seem to be content to duke it out.

Uril hits the ground running quickly with a Spirit Mantle in place to provide a much-needed damage pump and to make sure that his blows connect. Kaalia swings in the air and immediately inflates her lead in damage dealt to Uril with a surprising assist from Gisela, Blade of Goldnight. With damage doubled for all of Kaalia’s opponents, Wort is forced to pull out all the stops and conspire a Sudden Demise against all white creatures. Thanks to Gisela’s presence, it’s enough to remove Uril from the board, but Kaalia is able to recover quickly enough thanks to Gisela’s halving of damage dealt to creatures on her side of the board. Without Uril around to get in the way, she flies in one last time and drops Avacyn, Angel of Hope to quickly eliminate Uril and secure both first blood and the victory!
