Ukobach is a demon featured in the Dictionnaire Infernal. He is depicted as a humanoid creature with large eyes and ears and a red or flaming body.

Ukobach is a demon of an inferior order. He is the inventor of fireworks, and the idea of frying foods. He was charged by Beelzebub to maintain the oil in the infernal boilers, which is made from the blood of the damned. As such, he is often shown with a hot poker or a pan full of coals.
