Imagine Ursa as a young witch, deprived of his aunt and mentor, his only remaining coven member. Imagine him trying to cast the spells in his aunt’s book, trying and failing to understand the advanced notation.

Imagine him looking for a teacher, and not finding one that is willing to risk the stake to teach him. Imagine him having to make do with the basics he knows, and nothing more.

Imagine Ursa, decades, maybe centuries later, figuring out how to accomplish complex spell effects by stringing together basic ones - the magical equivalent of duct tape and paper clips. Imagine him still poring over a faded book, riddled with wards but only the basic ones, that keeps the tome from fire damage but not the fading of time.

Imagine Ursa finally finding a teacher, and them being awed by his ingenuity despite the odds.

Hmm... I’m gonna say it’s a tie between Gavin and Memory. But with his height and gangliness, Gavin is a bit more dangerous to tickle.

Ursa. When he fucks shit up, there’s a 50/50 chance it was him wanting to see what would happen, or him just being clumsy.

32. Which muses can cook?

Sara’s pretty good at cooking, and Mac is learning. He actually enjoys it, and wants to get better, while Sara just does it so she has something to eat, so I would say Mac is the better cook.

ASK ME ABOUT MY OC!

1: Origins! How did you come up with the concept for your OC?

Memory was originally a friend’s oc, with my oc being a painfully mary-sue version of the Doctor. Soon after we made them, said friend lost interest in the rp and gave the character to me, and I’ve fallen in love with Memory since then.

7: What does your OC look for in a friend? Do they value friendship a lot?

The Paragon doesn’t really have friends, per se.. But in “allies,” she tends to look for either powerful people that can be exploited, or people who’re hot. Bonus points if both ;)

18: Do they have a guilty conscience? Why? Did they ever do something they totally regretted?

Jack has a guilty conscience, yes, when he slows down enough to think about the past. His short temper has made him do some regrettably violent things, and he wishes more than anything that he could undo those things.

25: What are your plans for your muse in the future?

My plans for Ursa in the future are for him to learn to control his full magical power, and with the whole immortality thing, he’s gonna become sort of like the fae - a being with incredible power who uses it to be a little shit and mess with people.
