The SHUP! Maid Usai's name comes from "Usagi" ("Rabbit"), and "Urusai" ("Shut up!").
She is easily annoyed, and only wants peace and quiet, due to her extremely sensitive ears.
So, whenever somebody is louds around her, she yells "USAI!" ("SHUP!") at them, in order to get them to quiet down. But nobody takes her seriously, so she easily gets made fun of often.
Despite her appearance, she is a martial artist, a master of Tai Chi, who carries her own chain mail and various weapons.
