If you buy clothes from second-hand shops, what is the main reason you do so?

I can't afford new clothes

I don't want to waste money on new clothes when used ones are just fine

I want durable clothes, which usually isn't the case with new clothes

I can't find the kind of clothes I'd like to wear anywhere else

It's in fashion nowadays and I want to be fashionable

I'm worried over climate change and want to reduce my carbon footprint

Hey fashion people!

I am looking for a specific discontinued skirt!

It’s from Tunnel Vision and it’s the red Annika skirt. I’m literally obsessed with it and they don’t make it anymore.

I’m looking for a 2X but 1X is good too. If anyone has seen it listed somewhere 2nd hand I would be so happy. Or if you don’t want yours anymore!

Theres so much more satisfaction in getting an article of clothing you’ve wanted for so long. Its so much better to get that one band shirt thats been your biggest iso for months or years than a haul of 7 shirts from hot topic. I’ll buy a shirt for $40 secondhand and be more satisfied with it than 2 brand new ones for that price. I love when someone compliments my shirt and i can say “thanks i wanted it for so long until i found it!
