Mila/Sara (YOI) — am not producing for the YOI fandom at all yet, but this one is def in the plans even drabbles idc i want

Sana/Serena (Pokéani XY) — has so much potential, so easy to build on in canon, and yet I can’t bring myself to try and fix the trainwreck that is the rest of the canon… Eureka/Serena is easy because I adore Eureka and she’s just plain funny, but I’d need to work on Sana. … Also, Tripokalon…

Moon/Lillie (Pokémon S&M) — WHY INDEED?? why am I not writing alola fic wtf. … Ok the answer is probably it’d feel too much like self insert. >>;;

a bunch more like Margot/Alana, Ecliche/Judith, Korrasami, Ruby/Sapphire — am not producing for those fandoms at all, because I’m not familiar enough with the details/lore of the canon (am not even caught up on some of them)

I’m trying so hard to say something else than Pokémon. But everything that doesn’t fall in the above, I have at least drabbled for… Oh! Piper/Reyna (PJO) — I… don’t get Piper, for some reason. I love her in canon, but I don’t go looking for fic with her; I love a lot of Piper ships in fanart but am not particularly interested in going to look for fic.

Impa/gerudo girlfriend(s) (Zelda) — just-another-timeline-like-one-more-game AU (specifically, one in which Hyrule and the Gerudo Desert try to work on diplomatic relations)

Reynabeth (PJO) — Oh, man. Something involving fighting. Army AU? Fire Emblem AU? Roleswap? Annabeth in Percy’s place or Reyna in Jason’s, in HOO????? *W*

KyouSaya (PMMM) — Rebellion AU but real ORZ ORZ ORZ just. mundane, happy domestic AU. They’d also make a great Wyvern rider and swordmaster in Fire Emblem AU. And mermaid AU is always fantastic.

Elincia/Lucia (Fire Emblem) — … I mean, knight/princess is already the case but it could go even further, and somehow the idea of a Fingersmith/The Handmaiden situation just popped up even though I haven’t even read/seen it yet and it would probably not work at all considering Lucia’s LOYALTY!! so. idk. but give me them in AUs in which Elincia isn’t a princess but it’s embarrassing how much Lucia is still her knight. (modern heiress/bodyguard AU???)

23. Have you ever started shipping a ship because of the fans?That’s happening recently with Ignoct! I was sort of indifferent to it, and I do like Noctis with Luna, but Ignoct fanart keeps coming across my twitter feed and my tumblr dash, and I can’t help iiiiiiiit. Fanart has done this to me multiple times. It has a powerful reach. Same with fanfic! :’D(Heck, I’ve shipped characters before I’ve even consumed series? Let’s be honest, whenever I see some of the ships you draw, I have no idea where they’re from but I want to get into the fandom and ship them! Sadly, I’m slow as fuck about actually getting into new things these days. But if something is presented in a way that appeals to me, I’ll find an interest in that ship!)29. What’s the ship you ignore 98% of canon for?....Jude/Alvin/Milla and all divisions, because Jude/Alvin and Alvin/Milla aren’t supported much in canon, and Jude/Milla might be canon buuuuuuuuuut the ending fucked that one up. More interaction between the cast, specifically I’d focus on having a lot of bonding after Jupiter Lighthouse in TLA and Izumo in DD, 1) within the entire group, 2) in small groups of characters that don’t interact much in-game but could have really interesting conversations, such as Mia and Jenna-and-Sheba, Piers and Ivan, Kraden and Garet (and Isaac), Rief and Amiti, a whole string of conversations with character development between Amiti and Eoleo… Tales-style skits. That’s all I’ve ever wanted from GS.

…….aside from “put in some canon queerness” I honestly can’t think of much else that this series did Wrong and needs to Change, honestly :O a good series

ok if i’m real I would have put waaaaay more focus on Mia, Alex, and Mia and Alex. She’d ask where he is, talk with the TLA group about him, sass and diss him all the time. Right after Jupiter Lighthouse, an entire skit solely about Jenna and Sheba dissing him like usual, Kraden going “uhm maybe tone it down we have his cousin with us now”, and Mia jumping in and being 500% more savage than both of the others combined.

Keep Isaac mute/non-verbal (leaning towards the latter) in all games (imagine the beginning of DD exactly the same with Isaac very expressive and sassy but silent. Garet still responds to him like he said something bossy and annoying.). TLA!Felix would simply be his kinda-quiet-and-broody TBS self but not completely silent in cutscenes; we’d still have yes/no choices but these would result in short lines.…Isaac and Felix skits post-Jupiter…

4, 5, and 12 for Meg/Forte/Frey or Lest?

Thanks! Y’know, never tried with Frey (I ship her with Ventuswill too much oops), but I do ship Meg/Forte/Lest (well, Forte dating both, Meg and Lest being platonic)Polyship Meme 4. Something tells me Meg has her own special system with organized messes, and so Lest and Forte don’t touch those spaces. That said, I can see Meg announcing they’ll all be cleaning. I imagine Lest is the most reluctant to do it - something tells me he isn’t super messy and will clean up after himself, but I bet full on spring cleaning has him groaning. Forte would accidentally inspire the cleaning troops with phrases to say why cleanliness is important, though, not realizing her seriousness is what actually lightens the mood.5. Forte’s history makes me think she’d be worried after anyone else who is ill to the point of making herself sick from anxiety, but she’d also hide her own and try to put up a brave front. She’d try to patrol and hide her sniffles. Meg would know, though. (Lest would be slower to realize--possibly not know till Meg tells him.) Meg would run to Porcoline’s and order the best foods to take care of either of them. Then she’d stop by Jones’ and get medicine or send him to the castle to take care of them depending on how bad it was.Lest would try to work the fields if he got sick, but Meg would herd him back to bed. Meg seems the type who knows she has to rest, but she’d need company. Not wanting to risk getting Forte or anyone else sick, she asks Forte to cautiously sit with her at a distance. Forte would gladly do it, of course. She has to keep an eye on her family!In the event they all got sick, they’d all pile in the bed and order food from Porco’s to be delivered, while requesting Jones make a personal house call. Then they’d pile in and keep each other company. Somehow, Meg has an easier time with this, even if she’s sad the other two are suffering. Just ‘cos she can snuggle with Forte and Lest. 12. Meg in canon already sings all the time. When she’s alone, she’s always composing in her head, humming tunes, and she’ll test lyrics out to see if they’re a good fit. When she’s married, this upgrades to “I’m going to sing about how much I love Forte and it’ll make her blush!” Meg will sing holiday songs, too, and try to get Forte to join them. Forte will be too embarrassed and mouth/whisper out the lyrics, her courage building until she’s finally singing. But sometimes Lest has to join in first, 'cos you know he teams up with Meg. They can’t resist, ahaha. It ends when someone randomly walks in and overhears it. Then Forte denies she was ever singing. And her singing voice isn’t bad at all. Not that she’d ever admit that. I bet she uses the excuse that she can’t sing very well! Meanwhile, Lest is probably the one who sings the worst out of the three, and he’s passable.

11. What is a character you can only imagine in one particular ship?

OK LISTEN. I am fond of a ton of relationships in NANA and multiship as I do in pretty much everything else, especially since I just. tend to like. relationships as they are, regardless what label you slap on them? (So sometimes, I have issues with the term “ship” too because I am not sure whether I should be using it.)

Anyway, as fond or okay I am about Reira/Yasu, Reira/Shin, Takumi/Hachi, Takumi/nobody, I honestly can only see Reira and Takumi with each other - not because it’s a healthy ship, or healthier than other ships (it isn’t, it’s a trainwreck), but because of how much history there is between the two of them that is only shared between them, and because I feel that neither is able to let go of the other (more specifically, of the idea of the other) in a way that allows them to move on to healthier relationships.

No matter how hard they try to deny it or try to put distance between each other, to me, I think that they are incapable of not comparing their lovers to one another. (That’s what happens when you put others on a pedestal, and all the more so if that idealization has its roots in your childhood). Their idea of that one kind of love holding more value than any other relationship also prevents them from being satisfied in any other relationship, while they cannot be content in their own non-romantic relationship as they’re both aware of it being a barrier. And while that doesn’t have to be the case, I think at this point, they’ve carried their feelings around long enough that they’d think of what-if scenarios as the only thing that would allow them to be true to themselves, further idealizing one another? (Reira wants to be romantically involved with Takumi no matter what, even if it has to be in the role of a mistress; Takumi sees Reira in some entirely different category than other women, untouchable precisely due to how much she means to him.)

Sorry it’s past 1 AM and this is such a mess. I’m into a lot of different ships, but one thing I also really like in fiction is... “we’ve both seen the worst of each other and can live with it, and if this selfishness burns down everything, so be it”. :|

13. Name a ship that deserved more content.

NAO/AKIYAMA from Liar Game. GIVE ME MORE SCENES DAMN IT, I know this is not about romance but WHAT IS THAT ENDING argghhhhh. I cry. ASLDJSAJDLADJL.

26. Name a ship that ended like you wanted it to.

This is a surprisingly difficult question not just due to the amount of ongoing series I’m a big fan of, but because there’s a difference between “I like how this ship ended” and “I imagined it ending like this and it did, and I like it” hm (I’m looking at all those ships were people end up DEAD, which no, not what I wanted, but ok great ending anyway??).

I want to name several shoujo triangles here but don’t want to spoil anyone (since triangles are such a huge deal in those series), so guess I’ll just... Hikaru/Akira from Hikaru no Go. I really, really love this series’ writing from start to finish, and the relationship between these two over several years really shines. Experiencing HnG the first few times was a really weird experience because, while it shows you a lot of its world and characters, it doesn’t show you everything in the sense of side characters having much of their own arc or story. And if you’re not used to it, it may seem as though this is a result of neglect - which it isn’t. This is through and through Hikaru’s story, and people in his life fade in and out.

But even when Akira’s physical presence fades out, he is always there in Hikaru’s spirit, and vice versa. I just really love how their relationship developed, and where and how they end up together - both at the end of the series, but also where the anime concludes (the anime doesn’t cover everything).

HnG spoilers:

It just... touches me, how Sai does not come up between them, but in those rare instances that he does, you just... really, really appreciate their relationship. It makes you feel that as long as they are together and play Go together, Sai will live on.

I still don’t understand why even when the “the Shadow Triad are actually the Striaton Triplets” plot was popular, it failed to produce Ghetsis/Dent work. There’s virtually none of it except for what I’ve produced or prompted people to produce. TT___TT

Even in terms of canon content, when they finally were in the same scene in the anime, there was... nothing, not even a suspicious smirk for me to shamelessly extrapolate on. T_T
