Wowie, that is really an awful experiment outcome...very awful.
After one of chem experiments, the results were nothing but dust, so he thought it was a failed one and left. The dust moved with the air into a remote building...and when it entered a very dark place in the Abandoned building. The Dust reformed itself into a skeleton body, it wondered around and learned that it turns into living Dust in the sun light. That it doesn't have a soul. That it can consume others dust. And so, it killed and attacked until it became Very strong. And because it's full dust, it doesn't wear clothes it just goes with the skeleton look. And because of the skeleton body, they named themselves SKEL and so, they entered they UTMV by sticking accidentally into Ink's brush while in The dust state.
When fully attacking they use all their true dust, and turn into a massive sized amalgamation that can attack with full power.
Skel can attack with any type of attack, spears, fire, electricity, etc.
Skel turns to dust when exposed to the sun, making it impossible to catch mid daylight, and making it their weakness.
Skel is alive when turned to Dust! They just can't control were they end, their dust sticks together in a cloud formation to keep safe.
Skel has massive hatred towards chem!Sans as they were created by him.
Skel likes to be a bit flirty from time to time to enjoy their life.
Regular sans, but doesn't wear clothes.
1. Dust formation: starting strong eh? In this form Skel can use all the Dust they gathered or if some around the battle field to turn into a high defence and health amalgamate.
2. All typos: all type of attacks. Magic or not.
Chaotic erratic, yet sometimes flirty. Flights anyone who is in his way and escapes if needed.
