everytime I start feeling a bit anxious or quite overthinky, i actually truly now have @torchings zeke’s. “take my hand, its just you and me, breathe” in my head and breathe ever since that advice & comfort given whenever I yapped or actually cried over voice memo lmao. which is, I think we all need to have internally and it makes me happy just knowing that safety net/genuine care is just , there .
