On our way home from our vacation last month we did take a bit of a quick detour and went to visit a friend who lives down deep in the Dartmouth area around cole harbour road and while there we went to a shop call Most Wanted and outside the main doors they had these things! These handmade metal Transformers sculptures of Bumblebee and Optimus Prime are based on the movie designs and they were about maybe 7-8 feet tall. I don't think they move or do anything but as you can see the eyes light up. I thought they were really cool and had to get a pic of each before we left.

We managed to take a few pics when we had our gas up stop while on our way I had to crop these a bit being my thumb or finger got in the way lol. but when we left for our trip last month it was a nice,bright, warm beautiful day! we didn't leave too early so it must have been about 10am or so when we got here I think? I'm not sure but it was a great day for a road trip tho.

Now this is one of, If not the main Transformers thing we found while way on vacation. I found a Transformers Studio Series 86 Mixmaster all the places we went to the Transformers selection was pretty much the same as it is here at home. but while in a Wal Mart I found just one!! I was super happy and I was like "Mine!" I didn't see any Studio Series 86 Scavenger which I'm also looking for but there wasn't any hopefully we'll get one soon! but finding a Mixmaster made me happy!

Here is something you'll probably never see at retail ever again.. While at a Flea Market (one of many we went to) there was a guy there that had like 3-4 tables just filled with die cast cars! There was new stuff and stuff that was older but still factory sealed and lots of loose cars. like I said there was so much stuff it was unbelievable! but I was pretty excited for it being I thought he might have the Hot Wheels Optimus Primes being I have yet to see them in person. but sadly he didn't have any but he did have this!! its a lil bit beat up and was well loved but it is in good condition for its age. Its just something that you won't see around anymore and I thought it was cool so I got it and I'm going to put it with my other TV/Movie cars being it deserves a place among them.

The Fantastic Four!! Yup we got the whole set of all 5 figures and they of course look amazing! This was one of the main things I was going to look for and pick up while we were away for vacation The only problem with them that I could see is they should have had a H.E.R.B.I.E. build a figure to go along with this I would think that would be pretty cool to go with the figures. Now even tho I got them all I didn't get them all at once it did take a bit of time. I found Sue/Invisible Woman and Johnny/Human Torch first, Then I found a Sliver Surfer and then finally a Reed/Mr.Fantastic and the one that took the longest and was the hardest to find was the Thing. No were we went to had him! I thought the Surfer or Invisible Woman or both would be hard to find but no it was the Thing it got to the point were I was thinking I was going to have to try and order one when I got home but on like the day before we were going to head home I found one! and it was one someone tried to hide at a Wal Mart we were at he was underneath a bunch of stuff and I noticed his box and dug him out so I was happy to finally get him. The person who was going to come back for him is no doubt not happy but to bad for them he's mine now lol

Our final Flea Market find was these 2 lil Grinch figures with most tables that had toys they of course had some bins so I couldn't resist digging through the bins and I got these from a lady who didn't seem to want to be there? She seemed perturbed or even kinda angry that she was there to begin with. anyway yeah they are lil figures that are is pretty good condition. One of the Grinch and his dog Max she wanted 50 cents each so it was a dollar for both I couldn't see buying one with out the other that just won't make sense to me.

Finally!! A vacation post!

It took me a bit of time to get all the vacation stuff finally posted! what can I say I'm a busy girl lol anyway that’s it, the end of another summer and another vacation. This year we went and I spend some time with my Aunt and Uncle I don’t get to see them often so I love it when we get out to see them and my Aunt is one of my most favorite people probably because we are very similar in alot of ways lol so we always have lots of fun when we get together. So we spent a lil over a week with them. Which was absolutely great! They might be coming down for Christmas this year which I think would be awesome! after that we went and did our usual camping stay. Which was different this year due to it being a bit more of a very dry August so we didn't get to do alot of outdoor things this year like hiking and and exploring and all the other fun stuff being they had alot of the parks closed due to fire risk which kinda ruined that part of the trip but it was ok. Where we were staying is usually very busy but they had to limit it this year because of all of that. Other then that it is great to get away! we had lots of beach times, visited friends, did some shopping, went for runs and rollerblading there, enjoyed some of the night life and had some nice meals, went to the movies and got away from the internet and social media and and just life in general and pretty much all kinds of fun stuff. and then on our way home we made a few stops and that was pretty much it! So I guess its time to get ready for fall and winter (ugh!) and wait for next summer! but I do hope everyone had a great summer and wish you the best for fall

Now here is something cool that I found. We were in Winners and I do love to pop into Winners at home every now and then because I have had some nice finds in there from time to time so his being a different one you never know what you'll see and I found this! its a super cute Ariel decorative pillow. I looked to see if there was like a Frozen one but nope just this which is still great! Its 2 sided on the front side (or what I call the front) has like this almost water colorish image of Ariel with Flounder and Sebastian on a white background as she marvels at a Dinglehopper. and on the back it has multiple smaller Ariel's as her friends surrounded by underwater imagery on a greenish/teal background. I think is cute and cool and took it with out hesitation.
