Due to the immortality ritual 𝐑𝐎𝐁𝐈𝐍 𝐎𝐂𝐇𝐎𝐀 successfully performed, she is now immortal with a natural regenerative healing factor which not only allows her to heal from extreme injuries, but also keeps her body permanently young (middle 30s). She also received a power augmentation, which allows her to channel her magic with more ease and produce more powerful results for spells, potions, charms, wards, etc. Similarly, her eyes, hands, and the wound she received in her chest during the ritual glow white when she uses her magic.

The wheelbarrow full of her crystals and candles is guided magically and stilly ahead of Robin as she walks behind it. Her clothes stand out in the darkness as well, a white top and pants—they are nowhere near suitable for the weather, but it is as if she doesn’t feel it. The path itself is like a warm summer evening, and she makes her walk from the house so the sanctuary without issue.

There is a whispered song on her lips, “Air moves us, fire transforms us, water shapes us, earth heals us; And the balance of the wheel goes round and round; And the balance of the wheel goes round…” on she recites, sings, chants as she makes her walk, guiding her wheelbarrow ahead of her on the path. This poetry she knows by heart; like anatomy books and prayer pages wrapped into one.

“It's the blood of the Ancients that runs through our veins, And the forms pass, but the circle of life remains…” A new chant. Robin speaks any and all that flutter into her mind, to invoke the spirit for what she is about to perform. With each passing prayer she feels warmed from within as if her soul were alight.

Hey folks! So i realize it would probably be a good thing for me to make a post of this! Just want to say that I’m absolutely stoked to be part of this and I can’t wait to get to know you all. Thanks for already being so welcoming. Without further ado: 

Biography: 

Sappho was born human, though most of her early memories are lost. She has no knowledge of who her family was, safe for what Cleis has told her. Cleis, she remembers — shines clear in her memories like a beacon. Looking back, she sees a kind face, a delicate hand, clay...leaves of papyrus. In her memories, this woman, soft and gentle with something exciting around the edges, tutors her the art of poetry. Together, they bond and bask in the beauty of life, growth, and creation. It’s imperative, Cleis has always told her, that those they feed from serve a positive purpose. Blood is a lifesource, an energy, and it pays to be picky with who you drink. By drinking from friends, crowds of devotees, and loved ones, you’re inviting a very primal form of beauty into your body. Sappho takes this to heart. Through a new lens, she finds beauty in all the nooks and crannies of life. She creates connections and, in Mytilene, her poetry is at its peak. She forms her own procession of faithful donors. The girls are beautiful, and Sappho is normally never seen without at least two of them. Most of her donors are humans, but her favourites, the ones who know her deepest, were supernaturals themselves.

The philosophy has remained the same, albeit a little skewed. Though the coven does not always live together anymore, they often manage to find each other. With their age and traction, they have established themselves as Vampire royalty. In her new life, Sappho has traveled the world in a search for the various forms of pleasure and beauty. The most reliable and never changing forms being women...and flowers. Having fallen in love with their colours and natural beauty, she is not usually seen without a flower or two twisted into her hair. She finds other pleasure, too, however. Though she loves humans and mortals, her centuries of existence have come with a slight indifference. They are like pets to her, and she adores them all the same. She's fascinated by them. They way they eat, speak, dance, cry, scream. She does not enjoy causing them pain in a bad way, by no means! But there is beauty in everything, and sometimes curiosity encourages her to push even her own boundaries. In any case, the Sappho of the modern world has grown a little selfish, though she might not admit it, herself. When not travelling, she resides in Estonia, a place she was originally drawn to by its own dazzling beauty. There she has herself set up with a lovely home and an even lovelier procession of delicious donors, by the water, in the midst of grande garden reminiscent of a lost time.

though not necessarily a special ability, as many vampires are also blessed with this, hypnosis is one of sappho's most favoured. it is an integral aspect in the way that she feeds. - she is generally never compelled to comepletely drain someone. sappho prefers to drink from people who's company she enjoys. for those that have no knowledge of her true nature, she is sure to help them in forgetting specific details. ( this has its exceptions ) - though she is not attracted to them neither physically nor emotionally, sappho may sometime keep men in her company. this is usually because of the way they express their adoration. she has been known to hypnotize hordes of human men for a night of drinks ( both wine and otherwise ), conversation, and gifts.

weather manipulation

- this skill is mostly used while sappho tends to her plants in the gardens. - she will also change the weather to suit her needs so that she can walk around quite comfortably during the day time, while still being able to enjoy the beauty and warmth of the sun. sometimes, in a way to dazzle herself, she may even pull the sun clear out from the clouds and watch its rays cascading on the lawns outside of her home and against the water, as she watches from the safety of its walls.

Klaus’ Airstream believe it or not, he does actually own it.  hasn’t sold it for money for ‘extracurricular activities’ ( not yet anyway ).  parked in a small wooded area, not too far from the funeral home at which he has managed to find employment as a mortician/morticians assistant.  it’s peaceful enough, and he can talk to the dead when they wander by without looking like an absolute lunatic.

Juliet’s story is a bizarre one. Turned at the verge of dying, she was saved by Vlad Dracula to preserve her beauty and youthfulness. Not wanting her to die so abruptly because of love, he chose to turn her, hoping it would be a more merciful alternative so she’d have more time to find happiness. However, Vlad left before she awoke. All alone in this world Juliet ended up in the nearest tavern and started her first killing spree. One of many. Being turned so young, so childish and reckless without much restraint, the young vampire had no one to really teach her how to feed and behave like a civilized vampire. She left her kills right there, on the streets, within the woods, and a name emerged from all of her chaos: the ripper of Verona. 

Her now heightened senses and emotions were too much for the young girl to handle, still grieving the loss of her husband, she turned her humanity off in an attempt to feel better, which only resulted in decades of destruction. Torn apart bodies, an insatiable hunger and a name that has stuck with her to this day -- Juliet resents almost all forms of authority. Throughout her 900+ years she had three eras as a ripper -- once after being freshly turned for 32 years, the second between 1595 - 1640 after the 500th anniversary of Romeo’s (alleged) passing -- and the last time between 1983 - 1989 after a near death experience due to a werewolf attack.

Since then she’s been both insatiable and reckless, enjoying blood above all else, seeing as nothing can really fulfill her. Believing herself to be cursed and in hell, Juliet has yet to learn how to fully accept her vampirism.

── the high council is prepared to hear the story of { YENNEFER }, however, in myth they were once known as {  YENNEFER OF VENGERBERG  }!  we might of mistaken them as {  ANYA CHALOTRA  } . they’re known as a {  MAGE / QUARTER ANGEL  } while noted as a {  HIGH COUNCIL MEMBER  }. appearances may be deceiving, with immortality being so common among supernaturals. this being has walked the earth for { 850 } years, and their face reflects an age of { 23 }. they’re a {  CITIZEN  } of estonia and will be residing in {  TALLIN  } during their stay of the harvest they shall work by day as a {  POTIONEER / FERTILITY SPECIALIST  } to blend in with the mortal crowd. however, at night you might find them {  as A MAGICAL ADVISOR  }. they’re {  HAPPY  } about the harvest, however, they plan to please the high council.

Background

The daughter of humble farmers, Yennefer was born with a physical deformity that always set her apart from others. Her deformity soured her parents love for her, and she grew up witnessing nothing but feelings of loathing and disgust towards her. The butt of every joke, and cruelty for simply looking different than others.

While the young woman did struggle with her own self loathing and insecurities her trials and tribulations were not enough to break her, she kept on fighting for her continued survival. When one day a strange woman happened on their doorstep and asked her father what her price might be, Yennefer was horrified how quickly and how little her own father would barter her off for.

What she did know was how she would one day consider that very stranger her greatest mentor, and perhaps even the only mother figure she’d ever known.

Her magical training in Aretuza was more difficult than anything she’d endured thus far in her life, and for the longest time it felt without any result. So any times she felt convinced that she didn’t have what it took after all, that the spark of magic she’d conjured that day in her moment of sheer panic was a one off nothing that could amount to anything more.

However, with encouragement and help from a fellow student and eventual lover Istredd, as well as the guidance and watch of Tissaia she is able to excel. Come time for her ascension she learns that she is being sent to Nilfgaard rather than Aedirn as promised. In her moment of rage she makes decision to miss her initiation, and therefore losing her chance to remake herself in whatever image she chooses. 

Realizing how everything she’d worked so desperately are slipping from her grasp she goes to the Enchanter and demands he make her beautiful, to make her everything she always pictured herself being when looking upon her reflection in the mirror.

At her instance or rather demand he agrees though warns her he has run out of the necessary herbs to be able to sedate her during the gruelingly painful change, she forgoes it all demanding she can take it.

When she emerges that evening at the ball, every eye in the room is on her. Her beauty such that the King of Vengerberg forgoes her classmate Fringilla in favor of her as his kingdoms Mage.

As eager as Yen had been to leave Aretuza and live a life full of adventure and thrill as a young woman, the harsh realities of life have more than caught up with the mage over the centuries.

Settling down in Estonia and eventually taking a seat at the High Council had been about personal gain and acceptance of what she would not get back, at least not in this life time.

She now devotes some of her time to helping others in need and struggling with fertility. 

Those with nothing to give pay her in favors she may one day collect on, while those with deep pockets pay whatever price she may set. No questions asked because they all know she can more than deliver on her word.

While her current endeavors have helped humble her somewhat, perhaps not enough to entirely rid her of her self indulgences. Her frequent evening gatherings are well known and well loved in the city.
