Chocolate brownie, anyone? It's day 2 of #marchmeetthemaker - how you started. We founded Eponine as a patisserie company, making everything from brownies to eclairs and entremets. Chocolates were originally a product we only made around holidays, but became more and more popular with customers. Over time, chocolate took over as we brought the business online and started mail order. A choux bun doesn't fare too well in the mail, but our chocolates have travelled all over the country, and as far abroad as the USA and South Africa. We've now come almost full circle and finally released our brownies for sale online. Made with the same amazing #valrhonauk chocolate as our bonbons, they've been a hit at events, and you can now get them delivered!
