Here we go!! our third Land of the Freaks character!! This is Valtz: The Third Eye Valtz here has DID (Dissociated Identity disorder)! His main personality is named Val and his other personality is Tz They often shift between each other, kinda like a puppet to its Ventriloquist. (Tz kinda moves like a ventriloquist dummy while Val is almost uncannily strict in his movements) Val was the only skeleton that the doctors had no control over, he had shown intelligence so high at such a young age that Val almost grew annoyed to how "Inexperienced" the doctors were at any experiment- to the point he just did the experimentation himself, he had blackmailed a few higher up doctors into giving him an eye of a serial killer, planning to implant it into himself to see if he could understand madness through another persons view. He had succeeded, but at what cost?

(Others or his own blood, does not matter to him) Powers: Neither of them have powers but Val and Tz aren't weak either, Val LOVES psychological power more then physical power- Val is obsessed with the idea of blackmail, Tz is physically strong too- similar to Dopple in the sense of an animalistic/feral vibe. Fun fact: Val and Tz argue over one thing...musicals, Tz LOVES musicals and loves to be theatrical while Val thinks musicals are the most brainless activity one could do.
