S/O: *snuck into the kitchen wanting a midday snack, not at all used to living as a vampire* how am I meant to sleep if I keep waking up for f- *freezes seeing the chef at the fireplace stirring a pot of stew*
The chef: *suddenly plops a few cloves of garlic into the pot followed by the rest of the veg*
S/O: *gasps and covers their mouth before quickly scurrying away to find help* S-sir morrison!! *suddenly skids right into the housecarl*
Jack: *suprised to see them awake* s/o?! What’s wrong??
S/O: the chef! The chef is trying to poison us!
Jack: …theyre what?
S/O: *now on the verge of tears* y-you have to believe me! His highness is in danger! The chef put garlic in the soup!
Jack: …*snickers and starts laughing* the only thing his highness is in danger of is bad breath. That’s just a rumour.
S/O: o-oh.
Jack: I am however allergic to it so thank you for letting me know, I’d rather not spend the evening hot boxing myself in my coffin.
