Vamp!Rein:

He would never drink off of you against your will, and even if you offered it would take some convincing for him because he’s terrified of hurting you, and for good reason. Once he gets a taste of your blood it takes a lot of strength to stop. To him, your blood is the sweetest to ever touch his lips.

He’s a big dude so even snacking regularly on what you offer isn’t always enough. He only hunts what he sees as the dregs of society. Their blood is often full of vile substances that mar the taste, making yours all the better by comparison. 

Will only leave marks on places you can conceal, he doesn’t want to raise any alarms.

If anyone messes with him or innocents he will quickly flip from friendly giant to ferocious beast, brutally tearing down the threat and leaving them in a bloodied pile at his feet. 

He doesn’t exactly sleep, which suits him just fine. There are few things he loves more than watching his beloved sleep in his arms.

Okay hear me out on this: A knight of medieval times ventures to a village, where he discovered that the citizens are living in fear of a vampire. Without another thought, he goes to confront the creature in its lair. And- after a grueling battle- he had slain the creature. But there was a cost: he had lost an eye and was bitten during the fight. He lets the villagers know of the creature's death before disappearing into the night: so begins the tale of the vampire Reinhardt Wilhelm.

that would?? honestly makes sense and explain their anachronistic sense of style. reinhardt an aged knight that was bitten by a vampire on one of his many journeys; he’d been worried at first that it would change him, but instead gives him a even more interesting personality. only feeds on bagged blood, or blood willingly given. would be the most polite vampire. doesn’t enter without invitation not because of vampire rules -- but because that’s just rude!

mccree bitten during the 1800s, so he’s been around a while as well. his poncho and hat are actually from the same era as well, mementos of his past. he was more disheartened with what he’d become and took to drinking and gambling and brawling. saw too many of his buddies age and die while he remained the same, so bonding with others is difficult for him -- that is, until he joins overwatch.
