Thinking hardcore about vampire x werewolf ropunk au. [ @koyarkive ]

Roman who’s a vampire and has spent years trying to get companionship but hasn’t been able to find anyone who can stick around like he can. And he doesn’t like other vampires, not really anyways.

He’s been around since the early 1800s, and the only creatures he enjoys spending time with is Dean, a lonely male fae who finds Roman entertaining because of the way he reacts to deans trickery.

Then, there’s Seth. A dragon who primarily lives his life in human form, with beautiful scales on his cheekbones and temples.

Only reason Roman tolerates them is because they refuse to leave him alone. Plus, it’s kinda funny seeing Dean trick Seth with shiny things every once in a while.

Roman is out hunting one full moon night, and he’s pretty damn grateful that Dean and Seth have chosen to leave him alone.

He starts hearing pained howling and yelping, and against his better judgment, he goes to investigate.

On the floor lays this wolf, much larger than any other wolf Roman has ever seen or encountered. His fur is long and unkept, matted in some places.

The wolfs ears are pinned back as he shakes, howling and then stopping, like he doesn’t want to be making any noise at all.

Roman watches for a long moment, trying to understand what’s happening.

The wolfs eyes glow a bright gold, much different from Roman’s yellow eyes- and his teeth snap together as he paws at the ground, leaving claw marks, still yelping in pain.

Roman finally steps forward, and he approaches slowly before he sinks down to his knees by the wolf, guiding the wolfs head into his lap.

He rubs the wolfs rough fur, shushing him and soothing him the best he can. The wolf doesn’t seem to mind. If anything, the wolf seems grateful that Roman is there.

They sit there for maybe two hours before the wolf finally calms down.

Romans never seen anything like that.

Based off the grey in this wolfs fur- he should be used to shifting by now, right?

So why is this wolf in such pain?

It takes a while for the wolf to finally calm down, and when he does he’s limp on the ground, head still in Roman’s lap- content to just be petted.

Roman smiles a little at that, enjoying just… sitting here. With the wolf.

He knows the wolf will have to hunt before the nights over, and he’ll have to leave- but he’s very much happy just being like this.

Though, he is solicitous about this Wolf. A huge part of him wants to stick around, see what the story is. He knows that’s probably not a good idea, but a large part of him is thinking about it. Wanting.

Vamp Remus x human Virgil because Thomas confirmed Remus sleeps in a coffin in a tweet

Virgil was unhealthily obsessed with vampires (not to a weird annoying extent ofc but he loved them) then he met a weird vampire and was fascinated lol. That vampire was Remus. The vampire was weird asf but Virgil didn’t mind as first. Virgil was excited to have a vampire friend

But the vampire was already head over heels in love lol. He gave off the human hints of his affection but the human never gave in or noticed.

Virgil=21 year old college student

Remus= been alive since 18th century

Roman is in this au but it’s logince lol. He and Virgil are besties.

Remus lives in a castle with Roman. Their parents abandoned them when Roman and Remus were teens and left for a better life. (Roman is bitter about it but Remus doesn’t care)

The twins are close but Remus annoys Roman and Roman wants Remus to be more empathetic and more humane.

Roman is number dukexiety shipper cuz he’s never seen his brother like this before lol.

This is where I'd insert a joke about emo kids being mistaken for vampires if I had one

You know Remus would immediately latch onto this weird human gremlin. Unfortunately for him, courting in the 18th century is very different from modern dating, so of course Virgil doesn't catch on at first

And of course Remus would be just as oblivious if Virgil had the guts to flirt with him. The pure frustration building between the pair would drive Roman absolutely insane. How can his OTP be so dense?? This is why he's single. im gonna go ahead and willingly ignore that part of the ask before the ick hits

IM TRYING TO FIND TWO FICS AND I CAN'T, PLEASE HELP!

It was a fic where Roman was a vampire in the woods and Virgil is a YouTuber that's livestreaming because people told him to look for said vampire. Long story short, Roman flirts with Virgil instead of drinking his blood, and Virgil is extremely flustered and confused. Pretty sure it was based off of a prompt by @sanderssides-prompts and I just really liked it.

And there's another one too. (also prinxiety) Virgil and his little brother Thomas are homeless and Virgil is extremely stressed. He works for some big company that Roman runs, and they go out to eat and stuff. Anyway the last chapter that I read was Virgil passed out at work because he was starving (cause he gives all the food to Thomas) and right now Thomas is in a storage closet at his work, so Thomas goes to find Roman to help Virgil.

Anyway, these were both on Tumblr, so if you know what they are, can you PLEASE SEND THEM TO ME BECAUSE I MISS THEM!

I was thinking about the post you reblogged one time about how we don’t see enough vampire Roman, and I just had the idea of a vampire au where instead of a modern vampire Roman is a classic vampire who lives in a castle and wears a swishy cloak and sleeps in a coffin and can shapeshift into a bat and stuff, and all the villagers think he’s super evil but no one knows he just loves using his immorality to be a dramatic little shit
