Lestat decided to hunt at the local pub. He remembered going to places like this when he was human and thought it would be nice to be in a familiar space. He liked to watch the men and women. He secretly loved them from a far before choosing his prey for the night.
He sat in a corner, a pint in front of him. He took the odd sip, even though it tasted horrible, it was a way for him to entertain human life and pretend. He caught the eye of a beautiful woman and smiled softly. His blue eyes sparkling with amusement and anticipation. Maybe she was the one for tonight... Yet, something captivated him even more than just the thrill of the hunt.
He moved over to her and spoke softly, “Excuse-moi, mademoiselle. I am sorry to intrude but I could not help but speak with you. You’ve captivated me it would seem. Are you here with anyone? Friends? A lover?” He leaned on the bar casually and calmly. He didn’t intend on coming off as creepy, but he wasn’t the type of person to let things go that intrigued him.
