Sitting here trying to decide if I want to write a chapter (or part of a chapter) in my Vampire WIP from Murdoc’s point of view.

Pros: I get to show his seriously creepy obsession with Mac through his eyes, I get to work on developing his internal monologue, I get to have some fun writing his vampire side being very visible, and show what it’s like to be a vampire in this world.

Cons: I have to spend more time getting inside his head (not sure if I count that as a con but it kinda is), Murdoc also has access to more information than the other characters and the things he should already know might spoil later plot points ahead of time. 

So what do you think? Should I do it?

I just wrote the darkest, creepiest thing I’ve written since what I have dubbed the “hell section” of my original novel (which was my original foray into going super dark). I was freaked out by myself then and I am freaked out now.
