Imagine Alec asking the three Volturi leaders for permission to turn you, since you’re the first person to draw his attention since the day he was created. Once they grant it, he watches you with restrained anxiety, fully aware that the moment to transform you into a vampire has finally come.
Remember when this music video came out and I was screaming, crying, throwing up because I was making an endless amount of scenarios, stories, and ideas off this gif alone, but all in my head? And how I promised the people (incl. myself) Black WLW Vampire scenarios outloud? finally got to it. Enjoy.
CW: Death/Dying/Bitten/Drained
With each gentle kiss she laid against my warm throat, I felt the life slowly be drained out of me. My mind tried to make sense of the sensation — how could something feel this good? I should have been afraid, and I was to an extent. A prey at the mercy of a predator, but I clung to the hope that she would keep her promise to me. The promise of eternal life, the gift of immortality where no pain, fear, or true harm could follow. Even as my body began to go limp, I still forced it to cling to her, silently begging her to not let go until it was done.
Panic had risen in me, my breath hitched as her mouth left my open neck, leaving kisses across my jaw as I felt the warm liquid flow freely, wasted. This was the most cruel she had been to me.
Why must she torture me?
"You are so beautiful, even when you're dying" she whispered,
Her hair was still perfectly in place, her mouth filthy with my blood, and her large eyes still filled with a hunger only a nosferatu would truly understand. I would have pleaded if my throat had not been so dry, or so exposed, raw. I would have begged to become what would understand, what could take a life so easily with so much grace and beauty.
And then she kissed me tenderly, making me forget of my internal pleas to a god I no longer believed in. Forgetting the pain that throbbed at the side of my neck. Forgetting that I had thought her to be cruel meer seconds ago.
Her mouth found the other side of my neck and she bit harder this time, as if to prove a silent point. I could taste it in my mouth and wondered if I would remember how I tasted while fighting against my heavy lids and slowing heart. I felt the discomfort of my cracked lips stretching as far as my body could muster till it was what I hoped looked like a smile, and then everything went black...
You lifted you hand, and softly tapped your knuckles against the door to the king’s study.
“You may enter,” came the curt reply from inside and you carefully pushed the door open.
From the second you walked into the room, you knew you would quickly grow to love it. It was smaller than the other rooms - most of the space occupied by bookcases. There was a large bear-skin rug on the floor and in the corner a wine-red, velvet chair was lovingly asking you sit. The air smelt musty; like old books, and weathered paper, and warm afternoons, and ink and quiet.
It was the first room that seemed like Taehyung’s presence had graced it - that his footprints were here, that he had touched the room and left a mark of some sort or another behind.
It felt lived in.
“I almost didn’t hear you knock,” Taehyung remarked, seated at a desk with various papers and parchments strewn across it. He didn’t look up from his work and you took the opportunity to examine him;
Downy red strands of his hair teased the nape of his neck and his eyebrows were slightly furrowed in concentration. You had caught yourself staring at the almost fairytale-like hair many times before, admiring the apple colored locks far more than you cared to admit. Your hands itched and your legs felt unsteady, but despite all the nerves, there was a sort of simmering in the pit of your stomach.
He finally put the quill down and turned to face you in his chair. You quickly glanced away, shame awkwardly balancing over your head like a crooked umbrella. Why was it that he always seemed to catch you staring at him? This was starting to become a rather rude habit of yours…
There was a bandage around his wrist.
“This is my personal study… It’s where I do most of my paperwork when I’m not required to do it in front of an audience,” he explained. “I realized cooping you up in one room wasn’t solving anything… It was no better than putting you in a cage,” he guiltily admitted, fidgeting with the edge of the bandage.
“D-Does it hurt?” you quietly asked. He looked at you a bit lost for a few seconds, before noticing your gaze fixated on his wrist. Giving you a slightly bemused but reassuring smile, the king opened and closed his wounded hand;
“I’m fine, see? My hand works just as it always has.”
You didn’t seem convinced, worryingly eyeing his fingers. You still couldn’t believe your master would do something like that for you and you couldn’t help but feel responsible for his injury. Taehyung laughed stiffly, rubbing the back of his neck; “I feel like we’ve gotten the order of things all mixed up…”
He stood up from his chair, offering his unharmed hand: “Pleased to make your acquaintance - I’m the crown prince, prince Taehyung the third of the Seung-Jae Kingdom.” Bewildered, you looked at his offered hand unsure of what to say. The king had this way of always catching you off guard; just when you thought you had the slightest grasp on him, he slipped through your fingers again like water – reaching and snatching desperately at him and only ever catching drops from the surface.
His proud expression faltered, a sheepish blush crawling onto his cheeks.
“C-Come on, if you don’t introduce yourself back, I look sort of stupid, don’t I?” he mused, and you couldn’t help but smile at the sudden shy face he was making. You gingerly took his offered hand with both of yours – giving it a weak shake:
“I’m-I’m Just Y/N, pleased to, uhm, pleased to meet you!”
A goofy smile stretched across his face and you felt your chest tighten at the way his expression could brighten at such a way – wondering why he would deprive others of seeing such a wonderfully shining smile. He laughed, eagerly shaking your hand and almost making you fall over with the amount of force he did so.
“Welcome to my study ‘Just Y/N’. Let’s try to get along okay?” he grinned.
You blushed, cringing at the poor choice of words you made, but nodding your head none the less. If anything, that’s what you wanted most: to get along with the prince. It wasn’t a grand wish, it was simply that you couldn’t help but be drawn to him and decided that instead of running away you would try your best to learn what type of person Kim Taehyung was.
“If you’d like to read something, there’s plenty of books to choose from,” he said gesturing towards the bookcases. An unwelcome tightness filled your throat and you had to swallow before you could speak again.
“Thank…Thank you very much for the offer,” you smiled but it felt empty and tiring to do so. There was already so much to be ashamed of, that adding yet another mishap to the plate sitting in front of Taehyung would simply be too much. Maybe it was foolish of you, but if you could – you wanted to hide this one secret of yours just a bit longer from him.
You just… didn’t want him to be disappointed in you anymore.
Taehyung lied back in his chair with a relieved sigh, his work finally at an end. Another incident at the borders required him to write up new regulations again – a tiresome prosses that had to be repeated a seemingly indefinite amount of times before Jin would be satisfied.
Glancing over his shoulder, warmth glowed in the pit of his belly;
He remembered the first day he introduced you to his study. You were so nervous that you didn’t even dare take a seat – it was only after he had convinced you it would be more troublesome if you didn’t sit down, that you had gingerly chosen the corner of the lavish couch.
But you were never comfortable; always sitting on the edge, back straight, hands neatly folded on your lap. It frustrated him how conscious you were of yourself. He wondered if you had ever breathed properly, ever once just inhaled and exhaled without timing the process – had you ever once released this breath you had holding your whole life.
You sat curled up in the velvet, red chair; loose strands of snowy hair tucked behind your ears. The dark blue cotton dress spilled over your knees, your feet tucked beneath it like a makeshift blanket. Modest. Humble. Insecure. Words echoed in his head when he looked at you. Precious. He quickly dismissed the last one, caught off guard by the sudden intrusive thought.
Reaching for the spare blanket het kept under his desk, he quietly stood up – making sure not to wake you. Just as he pulled the soft covers over your small frame, your eyes flickered open. For a few seconds you blurrily looked up at him, still half asleep. When your brain finally registered where you were you hastily tried to sit upright but steady hands stopped you; Taehyung’s hushed voice in your ears:
“No, no, please stay where you are, don’t get up. I was just afraid you’d get cold,” he softly explained.
You wanted to persist, but a tiredness had tightly wrapped itself around your body and somehow you just couldn’t keep your eyes open. Snuggling back into the warmth of the blanket, the prince felt a sudden and incredible fondness for you – the unexplainable urge to protect you from any pain or misfortune that might come your way.
As he turned to leave, you grabbed onto the edge of his coat.
“Master, will you stay with me for a while?”
Your voice was so soft and wanting, that Taehyung simply didn’t posses the means to say no. Sitting down in the floor in front of you, a pleased smile graced your lips as you closed your eyes again. How beautiful you looked when you were so peaceful, he thought.
“Taehyung…”
“Yes?” he quietly answered, his hands subconsciously reaching for you, but hesitating at the last second. What if when he touched you, you shivered? You retracted? If you rejected his touch, what then? Rather, was he even allowed to touch you after everything? No… if he thought about it, even so much as coming near you was already asking for too much.
“…I have something to tell you,” you mumbled through the sleep tugging at you to fall back into its embrace.
His fingers clung to the far edge of the blanket, as if he could convey his thoughts through it to you. “You can tell me,” he reassured.
There was a long pause and he wondered if maybe you had fallen asleep. Then, softly and with words drawn out by slumber came a quiet confession he didn’t expect;
“I…I can’t read.”
Taehyung didn’t know what to say, the words just sat limply in his mouth – useless. He struggled to make sense of what you said, his brain unwilling to accept the startling fact. No…that, that doesn’t… that would mean that-… What the hell. You can’t read?
You…You can’t read.
Things clicked into place like missing puzzle pieces; why you never picked up a book, why you avoided questions that required you to read or describe something you had supposedly read, why you always stared at the papers on his desk with such a perplexed look. Why you had looked at the bookshelves so longingly…
Sighing heavily, he cursed under his breath. What kind of life did you have to grow up in? Did your parents just decide that it was an unnecessary skill? What were they teaching you instead? Or was it just that since you were a child you’ve been locked up in god-knows-where, deprived of anything and everything that could have brought you joy.
Looking up at you, you had fallen asleep again. Taehyung raised his hand, trailing his fingers over the soft fabric of the blanket.
“Y/N…. I think I’ve been quite the fool” he whispered onto your unhearing ears. Laughing somberly, he closed his eyes – replaying the events of the first day in his head. “I thought you were just another plaything some country had sent me… god I was so wrong.” He grimaced when he remembered the way he had kicked you. He wasn’t himself that day: the moment your scent had filled the corridors he hadn’t been himself.
Well that was only half true. He hadn’t been himself in years.
“You know, I considered just sending you back… forgetting about you.” Carefully moving his hand closer to yours, he marveled at how much smaller they were – how tiny and fragile you seemed to be. How those small hands hid the strength you had. “But you really do make it hard to just forget about you,” he chuckled; wondering when the last time was he had just sat on the floor like this.
“I think you’re terribly strong, you know that? Enduring all the suffering you were forced to go through… I think you’re much stronger than me…”
Slowly linking his pinky finger with yours, he softly pleaded; “But you don’t have to be strong anymore… you can rely me. It’s okay to rely on me…”
He wouldn’t touch you anymore than this. This was enough for him. Taehyung stayed like that for a long time, just thinking and waiting as the night passed by. And you dreamed. Dreamed for the first time in years without any nightmares. You dreamed of softer days, of books, and tea, and comfy dresses, and warm blankets. You dreamt of candlelight making pictures on the walls and words climbing off of pages to dance with you. The bearskin rug stood up and started to waltz and you laughed and laughed and laughed. It was a silly dream…
And then suddenly a grinning face popped up from underneath the bear’s head. You wondered what Taehyung was doing in your dream. He was saying something to you, but you couldn’t hear him – you were too busy laughing at how ridiculous he looked with the rug draped over him.
When you woke up the next morning, you had forgotten all about the peculiar dream. But Taehyung’s head was asleep on your lap and your fingers were, tenderly intertwined, with his. Sitting there you felt the strangest thing happen. Something twisted uncomfortably in your belly. There was this feeling you just couldn’t quite place.

Sweat dripped down your face causing the hair to stick to you. Your heart was racing as ragged breaths escaped your lips causing your breath to be seen in the cold temperature. Huddled in the corner behind the piano in a dark dirty room, you were wishing you were anywhere but here. A loud crash sounded from outside the door, your hands shot to your face to silence the scream that wanted to be heard. You should have listened to your father’s warnings.
The number one rule that was engraved into your head since you were a wee lass, never under any circumstance was anyone to ever go near the house that sat upon the hill. Remembering how your older brother use to tell you stories late at night as the candle would die down, the fear that ran through your body was nothing compared to what you felt now.
You always listened to your father’s warnings, but as the years went by you got bold. Feeling that all the warnings give to you were a load of nonsense, you would get closer and closer to the house never really seeing anything inside or near it. Then one day your white and black naughty kitty had run off from the farm. You chased that naughty kitty right to the house, stopping just outside the front gate you bit on your bottom lip before closing your eyes and pushing the rusty gate open. A loud ear-piercing sound rang out as the steel gritted against the steel bars, the gate fought against the foreign feeling of being opened.
Slowly you moved forward, the soft crunch of the leaves below your feet was the only sound heard. You thought it was strange how the animals always avoided this place. Even those pesky crows who would bother anyone never flew near the house. The rats who sought shelter anywhere during the winter would not stay here. The grounds were not kept up, the grass had grown so tall that it brushed along your skirts, the weeds that mixed in with the grass scratched at your ankles. A tree in the far side of the property stood, split down the middle from what was probably a lightning strike.
Getting near the house you stopped to listen for any sounds from inside, a soft meow could be heard from inside the home. Walking up slowly you got right up to the window peering inside, the house was abandoned from what you could see. Dust seemed to have covered every inch of the house. Squinting your eyes, you looked around for that naughty cat and saw him rolling around in the dust right near a stair case. Shaking your head you move towards the door, there was nothing in that house to be afraid of after all.
Opening the door, you coughed as the dust in the entry way stirred up from the cold breeze that came with you. Pulling your cloak closer as you felt your body prickle all over with goosebumps. You wondered how it was colder inside the house then it was outside? The feeling of being watched also had you on alert but you tried to shake that feeling. It was foolish because there was clearly no one here. You move slowly through the entry and further into the house. To the left of the entrance stood an office, a large bookcase ran the length of the wall with an old worn-down desk sitting in front of it. To the left of the entrance stood a smaller room, most likely a tea room with the small sofas and chairs. Old pictures adorned the hallway, ripped and faded. The other rooms such as the sitting room and great hall were full of broken furniture and more ruined art work. The chairs in the rooms looked like nothing you had ever seen before, even with them worn down you could tell that the detail put into them was one of a kind. Clearly someone had spent many hours making them. You tried to imagine what the home looked like in the past, it must have been immaculate.
Finally, you reached the stairs but the naughty cat was nowhere to be seen. Luckily for the dust that covered every part of the home had also allowed the cat to leave a paw trail. Picking up your skirts you began to ascend the stair case following the little paws. The hallway upstairs had many doors, you kept following the trail as you passed the doors and peaked in. Large four poster beds with torn ragged bedding filled some of the rooms, while the rest of the rooms sat bare. Finally, the trail you had been following turned into a room. Pushing the door open all the way you entered and spotted your cat sitting on top of a bed.
“Seungri, you bad cat why did you make me chase you all the way here?” You say followed by a small laugh.
Walking up to the cat who had now stood up to stretch, you outstretch your hands and lift the cat up. Seungri purred as he rubbed his head into yours, a trick he always played when he knew he was in trouble.
“You can’t be running off like that you silly panda.” You respond falling for his trick. “Did that old Ji be mean to you again?” Seungri was always getting into little fights with your other cat but no matter what the two would be cuddled in front of the fire by the end of the night. “Come let us get home, father will have a fit if he finds out we were here.”
Just as you turn to leave the sound of the floor board creaking had you freezing in your place. Seungri also froze in your arms his ears perked up as he too was listening for movement. The air around you seemed to have gotten colder than it was before. Your hands were shaking as you heard the floor board creak again but further down the hallway then where you were. Slowly you moved from your spot as to not make a sound. Moving your head, you peek out into the hallway and see nothing. Stepping lightly, you moved into the hallway, the feeling of being watched was back again but stronger than before. Seungri moved in your arms climbing up your chest with his paws resting on your shoulder as he watched your back.
Suddenly a loud crash and an animalistic growl was heard from behind you. Seungri jumped off from your shoulder and hissed before scurrying down the hallway. “Traitor!” You shouted as you two picked up your skirts and ran down the hall. Thunderous steps could be heard from behind you. Picking up your pace you ran faster until you reached the stairs, you tried to be careful as you took the stairs down, the last thing you needed to do was tumble down to your death. Another growl could be heard but closer, you kept your face forward, afraid of what you would see if you turned around.
Finally reaching the bottom of the stairs you ran faster, your chest hurt with every breath you took. Had this hallway been this long? You thought to yourself, you felt as if you were running forever until you finally reached the sitting room and ran to the piano hiding behind it. With how strong the steps sounded you pictured a large beast chasing you, no man would be able to make those sounds. Closing your eyes you sent a silent prayer up, begging god to have mercy on you. That if he allowed you to escape that you would be a pious woman and would never go against the ruling of your father.
The sounds of soft taps of shoes tapping on the floor sounded, there was another person here.
“It seems a little dove has flown into my home. Where are you little dove? There is no need to be afraid little dove.”
The man spoke with the voice of nobility. He was calm and made your racing heart calm down. His voice was deep and warm, it was as if the way he spoke caressed your body trying to pull you from your hiding space. You shook your head, there was no way you would be leaving the safety of your hiding spot. Where was this man the whole time? How did he make those noises?
“Come come now little dove, I will not harm you.”
The man’s footsteps continued to get closer to you until they stopped right next to the piano. The sound of the piano benched being pulled back was heard before the piano came to life, how as this piano still in tune?
“Like I said little dove, I will not harm you. It seems you have come for you cat. I will help you find him, you just need come out from behind my piano.”
Even with your hand covering your mouth you knew he heard your gasp because a deep chuckle erupted from in front of the piano. With your hiding spot discovered you slowly stood to your feet. You kept your eyes trained to the ground and moved from behind the piano.
“Please sir, I am sorry for trespassing. I will take my leave immediately.”
You curtsy before moving to leave the room but suddenly run into something soft yet cold. Shocked you step back and gasp when you look up to find the mysterious man in front of you. How had he gotten here?
“Where are you going little dove? You can’t leave your cat here all alone.”
The man in front of you was by far the most handsome man you had ever seen. He was tall, you had to look up from where you stood to see his face. His eyes were a dark pool of brown that had gold flakes swimming in the them. His long raven hair was pushed back and barely touched his shoulders. A smile played at his lips, which brought your attention to his strong masculine jawline. His strong eyebrows were raised as he no doubt caught you checking him out.
“Shall we go in search of your cat little dove?”
“I could never trouble you sir, Seungri will come home when he needs to. Good day sir.”
Again, you move to leave but his hand shot out grabbing your wrist with his long fingers.
“It is getting late, you wouldn’t want your Seungri to be caught by some wild beast. It is no trouble at all to help you find him.”
Looking from your wrist to his eyes you were caught off guard again. The man had some kind of power in his stair. You could feel your cheeks heat up the longer you looked at him.
“Shall we?” The man asked as he took your hand and linked it with his arm.
“Who are you sir?” You asked as you found yourself unable to fight him and walked with him down the hall.
“My name is Seunghyun, I am just coming back to my family home after being gone for so many years.”
“I do apologize for entering your home without permission.”
“No need to apologize. Let us find that naughty kitty so that we may get you on your way home.”
The two of you walked up the stairs and back down the hall. Seunghyun opened every door and you peaked in not finding the cat until you came to the last door in the hall. Seunghyun opened it up and there in the grand bedroom was your cat snuggled up on a bed with another white cat. You walked into the room and right to the bed lifting your sleeping Seungri from the bed.
“I see he found my Daesung.”
“You have a cat as well.”
“Yes, Daesung has been with my family since I was little.”
“I am sorry for troubling you so much. I will be taking my leave now.”
“I would not be a gentleman if I didn’t make sure you made it home safely.”
You tried to decline his offer, but it was of no use. The man simply grabbed his hat and walking stick before opening the door to the house and followed you out. The walk back to your home was spent in silence. You still felt uncomfortable and foolish for having entered the man’s house without his consent. When you finally reached your home, he bowed and turned on his heel walking back into the woods.
When your father returned home from the fields with your brother he was informed that you had disappeared for the whole day. You received a tongue lashing from your father for having left your pregnant mother to do all the house chores on her own. You apologized to both your parents and promised to never do it again.
After cleaning up the dinner mess you warmed up your bath water before undressing and climbing into the tub. From the tub you looked out your open window, you had the perfect view of the house that sat on top of the hill. It was hard to see but you could see a small bit of glow coming from the house. You wondered why Seunghyun was staying alone in such a decapitated home such as that. Maybe he was just coming to take stock of it before selling it. But why had your father always warned you to never go near it? You had assumed the place was haunted with the way your brother spoke but that clearly wasn’t the case. You laughed at your silliness before washing your body and climbing out of the tub.
After slipping on your nightdress you climb into your bed and settle into your pillows. Seungri and Ji both jumped up on to your bed before they too settled entwined with one another. The sounds of their little cat snores helped lull you into a restful slumber.
The sounds of a piano playing awakened you from your slumber. Sitting up in your bed you looked around only to nice that you were not in your room anymore. You weren’t familiar with your surroundings, yet somehow you felt as if you had seen this room. The bed you laid in felt like it was a cloud, the linen being used were very high class. The fireplace in the room was lit, as you got off the bed you expected the room to be cold but it wasn’t it. The piano stopped playing as you walked around the room before a light tap at the door came. You ran back to the bed and hid under the covers before the door opened. How had you ended up here you asked yourself? The bed dipped as whoever entered the room sat down. A low chuckle was heard, you knew that chuckle. Pushing the blankets away from your face you saw Seunghyun looking down at you.
“Seunghyun?” You asked.
“Good evening little dove.”
“Where am I? How did I get here?”
“Don’t you recognize this room?”
“No.” You replied as you sat up in the bed.
“This is the room where we found your naughty kitty.”
You shook your head as you looked around the room, there was no way this was the room you were in just earlier in the day. This room was well kept and fresh. That room was falling apart and dirty.
“Is this a dream?” You ask.
“If it is a dream, then we should make the most of it.”
Before you had a chance to ask him what he meant, Seunghyun had dipped his head down to capture your lips. You were shocked at first and pulled away. Seunghyun smiled at you.
“Don’t worry little dove, it is only a dream.”
Seunghyun again dipped down to capture your lips and this time you didn’t pull away. His lips were soft, when he opened his mouth to deepen the kiss you tasted fresh strawberries on his tongue. The way he was kissing you was nothing like you imagined a kiss would be like. Your senses were heightened, you felt as if you were becoming drunk on his kiss. Seunghyun climbed onto the bed and hovered over you as you laid back into the bed. His hands moved over your night dress causing your nipples to pebble under his touch. He pulled away and looked down at your chest, the white fabric did nothing to hide your skin. He let out a hiss before he hurriedly attached his lips to your nipple. Your body arched off the bed as you felt a man’s lips and tongue on your sensitive nipple for the first time. You couldn’t help the moan that escaped you as you felt his hand caress its way up your leg until it was under your dress and teasing your lips.
Seunghyun detached himself from your nipple to briefly ask for your permission. You bit your lip and nodded your head before Seunghyun growled.
“You have no idea what you do to me when I see you bite your lip. I showed much restraint tonight as you bathed with your window open.”
As you opened your mouth to question him he silenced your unspoken words with his mouth as his fingers slipped up to your wet lips. Your tongues fought for dominance as his fingers played with your clit before slipping inside you. You had never felt something inside you, you had always expected this to feel uncomfortable, but it wasn’t. You moan into Seunghyun lips as your body began moving on its own rocking onto his fingers chasing something you weren’t sure of. Seunghyun again moved his lips down to your nipples and began sucking on them. A strange feeling began to build up in your stomach.
“Please.” You pleaded, for what you were unsure. You just knew you needed help reaching whatever feeling this was.
“You begging is the most angelic yet sinful thing I have ever heard in all my years.”
Seunghyun picked up his pace with his fingers and went deeper than before. The way he moved his fingers in a scissor motion inside you drove you crazy yet also helped you reach that unfamiliar feeling. Warmth spread out all over your body as you felt your walls clenching down on his fingers. Your body arched on the bed as you moaned out. When the feeling subsided, you watched as Seunghyun pulled his fingers out from inside you and licked them clean.
“You taste absolutely divine.”
You moved your arm to cover your face, embarrassed by the sounds you had made.
“Do not cover that face my little dove. The sounds you make are natural, it is your body enjoying itself.”
Seunghyun sat up puling you with him. He gathered the hem of your night dress before pulling it over your body. Your arms went to cover your naked flesh but he simply shook his head before pulling your arms to your side. You watched as he stood from the bed to undress before climbing back in. Your eyes danced over his body before landing on his hard firm member. You had never seen a penis before, you heard some of the girls in the village giggle as they talked about seeing a boys once as he bathed in the stream. Your body began to tremble as Seunghyun moved further down the bed before laying down with his head in between your legs. Before you could ask him what he was doing his mouth was upon your lady bits. His cold tongue was lapping up the juices that had seeped out from when the great feeling took over you. His tongue felt amazing on your hot skin. You couldn’t help but squirm around as he continued the onslaught on your nether regions. You felt that weird feeling building up again, but it was coming on stronger than before. Just as you were about to fall over that edge again Seunghyun pulled himself off you.
“Not yet princess, I want to feel you cum on my cock.”
You blushed at the words he used. You had never heard a man speak this way. Seunghyun climbed up your body capturing your lips with his, a sweet tangy taste mixed with the taste of strawberries danced on his tongue. Was this how you tasted you thought.
“This will hurt, there is no way around it.”
You nodded as he positioned himself at your entrance and you closed your eyes as he again captured your lips before thrusting into you. A sharp pain overtook the pleasure you were feeling, and tears pricked at your eyes. You knew this would be painful, but it was a natural pain. Seunghyun had stilled himself inside you as he waited for the pain to subside. When the pain was almost gone you bucked your hips letting him know he could move.
His thrusts were slow at first, he wanted you to get use to the feeling of him inside you. When they became longer and harder he had moved his kisses from your lips to your neck. You moaned out loud as you wrapped your legs around his waist. That feeling was returning, you wanted to feel it overtake your body again. Seunghyun moved his hands until each one had grasped your rear. When he lifted your bottom off the bed he was hitting a whole new level of deepness that was bringing forth that feeling. His thrusts quickened, as his own moans began to fill the room.
“Please Seunghyun, please let me feel that again.”
A low growl was heard as he moved his body so fast the bed was starting to rock. Just as the feeling began to wash over you, you felt a small bit of pain at your neck. The pain was replaced by an intense euphoric feeling. Your whole body tingled as warmth spread throughout. You screamed out in ecstasy as your hands clawed at his back no doubt leaving marks. Seunghyun’s movements became a spasm as you felt a warm liquid shoot up inside you.
When the feeling faded and Seunghyun stilled himself inside you opened your eyes. Seunghyun moved to sit up on his knees as he looked down at you. You mouth opened as a gasp escaped you. You covered your mouth as you watched Seunghyun lift his hand to capture the red liquid that was falling from his mouth. He stuck the finger in his mouth and sucked on it, his eyes rolled into the back of his head before he pulled his finger out.
“I can’t tell which tasted better, your sweet pussy nectar or your blood little dove.”
You move to scramble away from him, but he was quick to pounce on you.
“Now, now little dove you don’t need to be afraid. You just looked to delicious for me to not have a taste of you.”
“What are you?” You ask as you look into his once warm chocolate eyes that were now glowing red.
“I think you know what I am.” He replied.
“This is only a dream, this isn’t happening.”
Seunghyun laughed, “Yes this only a dream. Close your eyes little dove and go back to sleep. All will be well in the morning.”
Seunghyun lifted his hand running it over your eyes closing them. Your body felt heavy all of a sudden before the world went black.
The sound of your brother yelling your name had awoken you. You shot up in your bed clutching your chest as the dream from the night before ran through you head. Your hand went right to your neck where you felt a piece of ribbon around it. Getting up out of bed your rush to your mirror to untie the red ribbon. There in the mirror was the reflection of two puncture marks on your neck. What you also saw in the reflection on the window ledge was a single rose. Turning around you made your way to the window and noticed a piece of paper also accompanied the rose. Opening it you read,
My Dear little dove,
I want to thank you so much for the night before. I hope that it was everything a girl, no a woman dreams of for her first time. Do not be afraid my little dove, I would never hurt you. I simply only need to take a little bit to live. If you continue to provide for me, I will make sure that your family never goes without. You will also benefit from this as no man will ever be able to make you feel the way I can. You need only to leave your window open at night and I will know you have agreed. If not, close your window and I shall never bother you again.
Always yours,
Choi Seunghyun.
Sitting on your bed you can’t help but feel amazed at what was happening. Never in your wildest dreams did you imagine vampires were real, nor had you expected your first time to be with one. None the less you couldn’t help but feel a bit of excitement at the idea of being with him again. As you dressed for the day you knew that tonight you would be leaving your window open.
He thought he was done with humans. Last time he had direct contact with one was when he showed his parents what he had become five centuries ago. Ever since he’s became a blood sucker he promised to himself not to get close to any human.
Until you got injured in his territory, until his nostrils filled with your unusual scent… he had no other choice…

< Part 4 - Part 6 >
You moaned and arched your back at the feeling, it didn’t hurt anymore, and the cold touch was soothing in this hot summer night.
You opened your eyes slowly and saw a pair of red shinning eyes in the darkness staring at you, a pair of tinted lips attached to your knee.
“Chen?”
“Shhh, go back to sleep.” He whispered.
“What are you doing?”
“You are just dreaming, and your eyelids feel heavy. Sleep.” He commanded lifting himself from your knee just enough to push you back to a lying position.
“But, but you are licking my knee.” You tried sitting but he pushed you lightly again smiling gently.
You corresponded the smile relaxing in the pillow, despite how mortifying his red sparkling eyes looked in the dark, his beautiful smile made up for it. He kept looking down at you wanting to touch your face, perhaps surrender at the crock of your neck ignoring all the voices that told him to leave you before you realise that you weren’t dreaming.
“Chen.” You hissed almost inaudible even to you. But he, he could hear it. Loud and clear. In his ears. Inside his chest even, his chest that he thought had nothing but dead organs. However the pang he felt inside his ribcage told him something was alive inside there. He couldn’t deny it any longer.
“Yes ___.” He replied daring to guide his hand towards your forehead feeling your delicate skin before he let his fingers feel your hair and even run his fingers through it freely.
“Stay here, I’m scared.”
He gulped, He looked away thinking, maybe he could stay for a while until you fell asleep again.
“Please~~~” You whined pulling on his shirt trying to bring him closer.
He followed your pull and suddenly and without knowing how, he was next to you, his arm extended and your head on his chest.
“You feel so good, it’s so hot and your skin is so soft and soothing.” You commented while letting your hand slide inside his shirt. “Thank you Chen.”
He swallowed thickly, he was on edge. This certainly wasn’t as easy as he thought it would be, especially when your leg comfortably found it’s way atop of his, your arm bringing him closer by his chest, and your nose buried on his now exposed skin.
“Just sleep. Sleep.” He begged, but Chen really didn’t want you to sleep.
He wanted to wake you, he wanted you as alert as you could be. He wanted all your senses as awake as they could be. He wanted you to feel every touch. Watch him claim you, suck you and then make you his finally. Because he was now sure a 100% that you were that human destined to find him. One of the first things he read after Key had turned him.
The one that would make him forget about how Dohee, his armour left him meaning nothing to him...
You were in his arms and he just wanted you for himself now and forever. Enough he’s waited over five centuries. Confused about Dohee who wasn’t you. His heart felt alive and craving of your blood to run in his own veins.
“Oh ___.” He moaned closing his eyes squeezing your forearm kissing the crown of your head. “Tomorrow. Tomorrow we can talk. For now just sleep. My beautiful girl. Mine...”
*****
You woke up with the biggest headache. It was hard for you to open your eyes. Recalling everything that had happened the night before. You were still in this royal looking bed in this palace/temple-like place. You could see that it was already morning, despite the very thick curtains that ruined how beautiful this room was. It felt as if you belonged there, wanting to wake up in this place everyday, being greeted by the man with tinted lips that saved you the night before.
Where was Chen?
You tried standing up, but your ankle still felt sore. You limped your way to the sliding door looking outside the room. It was even more horrible than what you remembered from the little you saw last night. It was dusty and humid, the wooden walls had seen better days. What was this place anyways? You were sure this must of been owned by royals in Joseon era.
Where where you?
And where was that tinted lipped man that you were aching to see again?
“Chen? Where are you?” You called with a very low voice afraid to awake any ghosts that could be lingering in this spooky place. “I can’t really walk, where are you? Chen?”
You kept walking down the corridor till you reached where you thought it was the reception of the palace, it now looked to you more like a throne hall. You were amused, places like this were owned by the government. It started to feel like you were in an alternative universe setting.
“I’m glad you are awake. I got your bag.” His melodic voice sounded from behind you making you almost lose balance if it wasn’t for his incredible speed that caught you on time.
“Chen!” You gasped very aware of his firm hold on your waist while you scanned his face in more detail.
He was stunning. Your eyes shamelessly studied his features in detail, not even bothered by the fact that his eyes were red as you remembered last night. His lips, his tinted lips decorating his flawless porcelain-like skin.
“I wasn’t dreaming, you are real!” You mumbled as your hand extended to touch his cheek.
“Dreaming? No this ain’t no dream, but maybe it's a nightmare.”
“If nightmares are like this, I’d like to live in one forever.”
Chen looked away trying to get rid of your scent that kept tickling his nostrils. When will he be able to control this?
“You were all night calling for Donghae.” He confessed feeling a painful stab in his chest. “Is he a nightmare? It didn’t feel like that when you were calling him.”
Five hours earlier
“Stop moving ___. Stop touching me like this. You’ll regret it later.” Begged Chen when your leg was now atop of his abdomen, your hand caressing his torso. “Stop it.” He almost groaned feeling how his own hand found ahold of your side.
“Kiss me with your tinted lips.” You requested attaching your lips to his earlobe. “I’m yours to keep, please take me.”
Chen couldn’t understand what was happening other than the vague description of how his destined human would do this once they found each other. Your body felt like burning hot, mixed with his icy cold skin, like magnets, opposite attraction.
“I don’t want to hurt you. ___, I don’t want to hurt you.” He hissed.
“Why don’t you want me? Am I not yours? Aren’t those tinted lips supposed to claim me?”
It was driving him insane. He knew you weren’t fully aware of what you were saying, not even sure you were even awake or in what condition. Humans weren’t like this, humans didn’t have powers. Humans, were weak, helpless.
“I’m yours.” You continued taking his earlobe between your lips.
Weak and helpless, but a vampire’s mate was stronger than a vampire...
You were stronger than Chen...
Chen straightened supporting himself with his elbow, his hands cupped your face caressing your forehead indulging in your beauty, admiring your every face detail, your closed eyes. Your lips...
He pushed forward without thinking twice landing his own lips on yours, he placed his thumb on your chin to open your mouth and kiss you the way he wanted. His first real kiss, his first kiss that he gave and received by the woman that will love him forever, the one that could never leave him.
He titled his head to deepen and find your submissive tongue that waited to be found. You tasted deliciously, he couldn’t get enough of this alien feeling, this alien action that urged him to get closer, to do more. His hand traveled to the nape of your neck to get you closer. He just wanted to kiss you, to savour you passionately.
His canines involuntarily grew against your lower lip and he bit lightly, immediately tasting your blood that made him lose control over his senses. The beast inside him growled wanting more, wanting it all.
He nestled between your legs while sucking on your lower lip. When he felt that it wasn’t enough, he moved slowly to your jaw peppering kisses on his way.
“My beautiful mate, why did you take so long to find me?” He spoke softly licking where he wanted to sink his canines while he shamelessly squeezed your breast.
“DONGHAE!” You screamed.
Chen detached himself in panic. His chest tightening at the mention of the other male that wasn’t him. He moved away and stood up breathing heavily, feeling how his own blood pumped through his veins. Almost wanting to find this Donghae and snap his neck.
His mate babbling another man’s name hurt more than anything he’s lived in his damned over five hundred years.
Now
“Donghae? What are you talking about? Did I call Donghae in my sleep?”
“You certainly did, I think you should go to this Donghae you love so much.”
“Pffft, me? Me loving Donghae? Why would I love that asshole? And why- what are- when did I call Donghae?” You inquired puzzled.
“You’ve called him and begged for him to find you in you misery yesterday, and you’ve called him in your sleep. Don’t you remember calling him? Or anything else?”
“How- how on earth you heard me call for Donghae?” You scrunched your eyebrows trying to think of a possible way he could have heard you. “And during my sleep? You- you were in the room? And me calling for Donghae? I don’t believe it, I was actually going to tell you I had dreamed of you... like you were... doing... and your mouth...”
“My mouth?” Chen raised an eyebrow. “What about my mouth? Were you scared?”
“No I wasn’t scared. Hell, I feel like at home... and knowing- ok, this might sound a bit extremely crazy, but you look jealous. Are you jealous of Donghae?”
“Are you stupid human!? Why would I be jealous? Who are you even? Please leave my property and never come back.” Spat Chen turning to leave.
“Wait!” You stopped him holding on his wrist. “I swear I know it sounds crazy, but for some reason, I love the idea of you getting upset because I called a guy’s name that wasn’t you. I imagined myself in that same situation right now, you calling someone’s name that it wasn’t me in your sleep... I know I’m completely not making sense here.”
Chen looked at your hand that held his wrist thinking about what you were saying, it wasn’t crazy at all. It was more crazy the fact that you didn’t care being alone with this strange man with red eyes and tinted lips and not being afraid. Crazy how he didn’t attach them lips to your neck and that vein that was pumping blood right in front of his nose wanting to be sucked by it’s other half. Crazy how composed he was being.
“I’m sorry. I- well I can’t leave, I can’t walk. If you could help me to the nearest village, I wil.”
Oh that hurt, it hurt... Chen wasn’t used to physical pain at all. And now after all this time he felt weaker than you who couldn’t even stand still.
“I can’t.”
“Ah, ok. I know it’s too much to ask. I’m abusing of your kindness.” You huffed disappointed.
“No- it’s not like that. I can’t be exposed to direct sunlight. I have a skin condition.” Chen confessed looking away.
“You do? Wow, I would have never guessed, your skin is so flawlessly perfect. Like porcelain. Maybe it’s the dust.”
“I don’t use this place. I only stay in my room, and you saw it’s clean.” He commented for you not to hate him because he seemed untidy. He had obvious reasons to why this place was a wreck.
“Not judging you at all. I love this place. You are really lucky to live in such a palace.”
Chen smiled, his lips actually stretching in that unfamiliar action. A genuine smile while his heart fluttered in utter happiness.
“Thanks for getting my bag, wow, I owe you so much. How will I ever be able to repay you for your kindness?”
Chen couldn’t or didn’t have the ability to verbalise. He didn’t really know how to conduct a conversation without sounding like a freak himself.
“What were you doing out here anyways? Alone, in the middle of this place. I’ve never seen any human get this close to-”
“Human?” You giggled making him feel as if his body was melting. What kind of sorcery you held? “You’re so cute and funny.” You swatted his arm losing balance again.
“Are you doing this in purpose so I catch you every time?” He gathered some courage to speak confidently to his mate.
“Maybe?” You giggled again letting him hold you in place as your arms found his shoulders to hold on to.
“I can’t believe this is happening. What will you do when you know what I am?” He spoke softly bringing you close why your waist with one hand while the other was flat at your back.
“I don’t know who you are other than a captivating man that saved me, the owner of his piercing undeniable red eyes and tinted lips. I’d love to hear all about it.”
“I’m not what you think I am, I’m not good for you. Don’t you think you’ll regret it? If you put two and two together you’ll see that I’m not a good guy.”
“If I put two and two together?” You asked while your hands freely traveled to the nape of his neck encircling it, indulging how nervous you made this stranger man. “You are strong, you found me, you saved me, you gave me shelter in this wrecked palace, your eyes are red, your lips are tinted... and we were sharing a bed together last night... I also remember your lips on my knee.”
Chen cleared his throat looking elsewhere. You appreciated his long neck and the moles he had scattered here and there...
So kissable you thought.
He returned his gaze to lock eyes with you, his eyes questioning.
“Do you perhaps read thoughts?” You teased.
“Why do you ask? Did you just think something you’re ashamed of?”
“Not ashamed, more like surprised that you read my mind.” You confirmed.
“I never said I could read minds.” He pulled your hand softly away from his neck.
“I beg to differ, you are magical, I’m sure you read my mind.”
“Can’t you read your actions however? Don’t you think you are acting strange? Or are you this friendly with every freak you meet?”
He walked towards where he had set your backpack placing it over his shoulder before bending placing his hands behind your knees lifting you like the night before.
You gasped at the unexpected action, but you let him, he was clearly walking you back to his bedroom.
You watched his facial expression as he walked slowly, you had the chance to look at his collarbones that peeked from the thin shirt he wore. Missing the proximity when he set you down on the low bed.
“You can stay here till the sun sets, I’ll take you to the closest village like you asked. And then you can go back to your life and forget about all this. I really don’t want to harm you, so please listen to what I’m asking you to do before you start saying nonsense. You do not want to stay here, you do not want to know who I am.”
He raised himself to stand but you pulled him back to you by his shirt.
“And you’d like me to go back to Donghae?”
How were you playing with this old’s vampire newly restored heart so easily? You were playing like a pro, with no knowledge, you knew you had him all wrapped around your finger.
The name Donghae burned his throat, ached his skin, made his inner beast want to pin you down and claim you, make you his and no one else's like it should be.
His nostrils flared, and truth to be told if you weren’t his mate, by now you would have died scared to death, frightening to a point where he didn’t know how to control it.
“Answer me.” You demanded again.
“Aren’t you scared? You said I had my mouth attached to your knee, probably you know I was sucking your blood, sealed your wound if you haven’t noticed.” He stated pushing further in the mattress while he crawled after you.
“You are some sort of a monster. Not sure which kind, but you’ll never hurt me. I know this because I cannot bring myself to be scared, nothing but aroused if I may say.”
Chen growled letting his canines grow poking his lower lip, his eyes sparkling like lasers, his hands finding your wrists pinning you to the mattress like he wanted to do since he heard you cry all alone in the night.
“Vampire.” You gulped. “I wonder why you didn’t suck me dry yesterday night and dumped me where you had founded me?”
“Stop talking.” He hissed finally his nose making contact with your neck.
“If you wanted to hurt me, you would have done so long time ago. Not make me like you and almost want you to kill me this way now. I don’t mind dying, but I know you’re not going to hurt me. You’re just going to taste me, and keep me, because you feel what I’m feeling too- ah!” You moaned when you felt his tongue lapping the area.
“It will hurt.” He whispered.
“Can you look at me one last time before you do it?” Chen raised his head to look at you confused. “Can you release my hands too?” He did obey you like hypnotised following his master’s commands.
When your hands were freed you held his face and brought him to your face capturing his lips, you did exactly how he did the night before, push his chin with your thumb for him to open his mouth running your fingers through his hair electing that noise you wanted to hear. Him surrendering to your kiss. Him being your prey immobilised completely while you kissed him.
“___?” He spoke in your lips. “I want you. All of you.”
Your legs spread bringing him to nestle between them. “Then kiss me properly silly vampire. Is this the first time you kiss someone?”
“It’s not, but I may have stolen the first kiss.” He confessed sitting bringing you on his lap. “I won’t steal anymore kisses ever if you let me kiss you.”
You titled your head and captured his lips with force, your hand on the nape of his neck and the other fishing inside his shirt kissing him till your were short of breath.
“Silly! You think you stole last night’s kiss?” You teased in question.
Chen’s eyes widened. “You- you were-”
“Wide awake, the whole time. Why would I even dare to sleep having you next to me?”
“And you calling Donghae? Was that acting?”
“I was mean, I know.” You giggled.
“I can’t believe how weak I'm next to you. My destined one.”
“Am I really? Am I the one you were waiting for?”
“I’ll have to suck some of that delicious crimson liquid it’s begging to be sucked.”
“Please don’t kill me.”
“I belong to you, I cannot kill my owner ___. You are destined for me and I'm yours to toy with like you’ve already did.”
You moved forward to kiss him again but he pulled away. “Why? What now?” You whined.
“I think I should get you something to eat, you’ll be very weak.” He stated firmly as his hand placed on your chest. “I can’t do that to you. You need food, and I don’t have anything to offer you for after.”
“I have ramyeon in my backpack.” You tried again locking your feet at his back to bring him closer.
“I don’t trust you. I need to check what this ram-whatever you said that thing is called is in your bag.”
He tickled your feet for you to let him go and moved you from his lap standing up to bring the backpack for you to open it. When he turned to face you, you were unbuttoning your shirt. Chen stopped walking looking almost naive, unable to think how to approach this situation he’s waited for so long.
“Is this how humans do it?” He asked almost inaudible.
“No, this is how destined creatures do it. Why wait when you’re mine and I’m yours?”
“Show me this ra-thing. Open the bag.”
“Aren’t you supposed to turn me anyways? I want to spend the rest of eternity with you. Why not make me like you?”
“Not today. Not just now. You’ll hate me after.”
You pouted as he placed the backpack between your legs. You opened it and showed him a paper cup of instant noodles.
“What- is this food? Sure humans have changed. I thought you ate meat.”
You laughed softly. “Yes we eat meat, but this will do. I just need some boiling water and it will be perfect.”
You shoved the backpack away and pulled Chen from the hem of his pants. “Now love me monstrously.”
“You’ll have to guide me, because I’ve never...”
“Baby vampire. At least don’t bite until we’ve had some fun. Please.”
“I’ll try.” He agreed licking his lips.
“I know blood must be satisfying, but this is the best thing you’ll experience.” You shamelessly voiced pulling at his shirt. “Come here.” You commanded.
Chen understood what you were referring to, before crawling to hover atop of you, he pulled his shirt out of the way while you got comfy on his pillow examining his inhuman perfect body.
“Where you like this before becoming a vampire?” You asked running your fingers on his chest.
“I haven’t really changed save for my skin tone and the colour of my eyes and lips. It’s what I hate the most.”
“You know, your skin isn’t that pale. Your eyes are beautiful even though you don’t like them, they’re shaped like one’s. And your lips.” You paused to trace your thumb over his lower lip. “You’d be surprised to know that this is the most attractive feature you own. Your tinted lips are the reason of all this.”
Chen smirked, he looked at you beneath him lowering himself to press all his body over yours spreading your legs apart. He leaned on one elbow to be able to caress your cheek and jaw, pulling your sports bra strap aside. He buried his face on the crock of your neck again, filling his nostrils with his new addiction. Your scent that made his hairs stand.
“This thing is on the way.” He growled before ripping with his teeth the sports bra.
With the surprise, your hands instinctively covered your chest.
“Don’t do that. Let me take and enjoy all of you. I’ve missed you so much ___, I’ve missed you my love. All my existence on this earth was nothing without you.”
Between kisses, he frantically removed his own pants pulling yours without much care. You felt his erection at your entrance, naively so.
“Wait.” You pushed him lightly. “Give me your hand.” You guided it slowly to your core. “Fingers first.”
Oh... he looked almost shy, not matching his extremely menacing features.
When you felt his fingers finding their way, you pulled him back to you kissing him sloppily, feeling his canines piecing your lips and tongue repeatedly. You didn’t have it in your care, you let him kiss you until you were short of breath squirming while his fingers curled inside you trying to figure out how to do it best.
“Now, I’m ready. I’m yours.” You spoke on his lips panting.
He removed his hand sitting on his ankles. He held your legs guiding his member inside of you coming back the way he was once he entered you.
He growled loudly before attaching his teeth on your neck.
“Not just yet, roll your hips, I want to feel this befo- oh”
It was too late, yes he stared to roll his hips as he thrusted hitting that spot so effortlessly that it had you in doubt it was his first time, but also he had already sank his sharp canines in your jugular vein. It hurt, but it was more to it than just pain. There was the pleasure from his exceptional hip’s movement, tinted with the pain from the skin breaking, plus this new feeling, as if your limbs were getting weak, your sight blurred.
Your life slipping away...
“Chen, I’m dying.” You murmured.
He heard you, he wanted to let go but it felt as if he was glued, unable to detach himself, unable to control his sucking. Submissive to this pleasure he was feeling beyond description. The most tastiest blood that made him feel human in a strange way, mixed with the first time he’s felt an orgasm rock his vampire almost dead body... all his organs were on edge. He was alive again.
“I love you, please don’t kill me.”
Just then he realised of the possibility of your death. Being alone again, killing the most important human to him.
He rolled his eyes before peeling himself from you. He wiped his mouth with the back of his hand before licking the blood that oozed blood from the tender holes he’s created on your neck sealing the wounds.
“___? My love! Answer me!”
“I’m fine.” You whispered. “Are you sure you are a virgin?”
“Well not anymore, I’m not.” You smiled as your eyes shut closed. “No don’t drift to sleep, you need to eat this thing.”
“Later, not now. Later Jongdae.”
“How did you know my name?” He asked extremely shocked.
You didn’t answer and fell asleep almost immediately. Chen covered you kissing your forehead. He noticed that he had weakened you more than what he should have. Your skin turning really pale and your lips darkening. One more suck and he would have lost you... facing the possibility of being forced to turn you.
He had to do something, and he had no other idea but to pierce his own wrist letting two drops of blood fall on your lips. It would nourish you enough, not turning you.
However he didn’t know that he had passed with these two little drops of blood that hit your the back of your throat some vampire features, or more like abilities...
*****
“Dohee, my armour. I haven’t forgotten you. I will never forget you.”
You woke up to that horrible sound of Chen calling for another woman’s name. You felt how he must of felt when you called for Donghae. No, this was worst, because you didn’t mean it, but here, you knew this wasn’t just your imagination.
You were again alone in his bedroom, but you for some reason could hear him speak, he wasn’t no where near you. But you could hear him.
You stood up noticing your foot had magically healed. You felt nourished and strong, not matching your thought of not being able to walk after all that rocking pounding this vampire did on you in the morning. You stood up and dressed yourself following Chen’s voice.
“Dohee...”
It was killing you, it felt like screams inside your ear.
You tiptoed your way to the source. Yes, it was Chen. Your Chen inside one of the rooms. The door was closed but it felt as if you were inside.
“Have you at least missed me like I did?”
Who was Chen talking to?
You pushed the door open finding Chen in this smaller room, just as clean and beautiful. Fit for a king... or a queen. The owner of the hanbok that was displayed in the bed Chen was seated in undeniably, his hand feeling the woman-less hanbok.
“___!”
“What is this place? Who is Dohee?”
“Are you feeling alright? I was waiting for you to wake up to bring you some proper food. It’s dark outside now.”
“Why are you talking to a hanbok? Is this the hanbok of your first destined one?Did she die and you are just replacing her with me?” You asked losing your cool. You never knew how much it hurt imagining the one you love thinking about someone else.
Perhaps it was selfish, because clearly this Dohee was no longer alive. Nevertheless it still hurt.
“No, it’s not what you think it is. It’s more complicated than that.” He stood up coming closer to you to cup your face.
“I think I want to go home.” You said moving away.
Chen forced himself to embrace you between his arms. “___. I love you. No one but you.”
“I want to go home Chen. take me to the nearest village. I need to think. I’m not sure if I want to hear what you have to tell me. Also, where will I live anyways? And how? Here?”
Chen looked around him thinking for the first time.
“You’re right, this place is not fir for you. I promise I will fix everything.”
“I don’t want to.” You snarled. “Or at least not now. I need to think.”
“You said you belonged here when it was dark and you couldn’t even see my face. You said you belonged here.”
“I can’t just disappear from my life, I have to go back. I have so many things to do before deciding on something like this.”
“You haven’t even invited me to go with you.”
“I can’t right now. I need to go.” You repeated like a spoiled child.
Chen nodded his head disappointedly. “Alright, let’s go.”
-
After taking your backpack Chen waited for you outside his room. His head hanged low, while his hands rested in the corridor’s wall. When you got out of the room he startled you. When you made eye contact you saw his sorrowful eyes, his tinted lips that didn’t form a bow but instead a thin line.
“Ready?”
You nodded letting him lift you bridal style walking fast, no longer taking his time in these rides you both loved so much.
"Hold on tight, it will take a minute to get there.”
You encircled his neck burying your face on his shoulder blade.
“Here we are. Can you stand?”
You opened your eyes and found yourself behind a tree, in the other side there was a resting area, a convenience store, a restaurant and a phone booth, as well as some tourists waiting for a bus obviously.
“I think they take the long vehicle to take you to the capital.” He voiced.
“Thank you.” You mused as he put you down.
“I don’t know where you live, and I do not own that small artefact to be able to hear your voice, and at this stage I do not know if you want to hear my voice.” He started caressing with his thumb the obvious bruise he’d created on your neck. “But you just have to know that my dead heart is alive again because of you. It belongs to you, now and forever. Whenever you are ready to hear Dohee’s story, I’ll be here. All you need to do is come back and call my name.”
“Jongdae.”
“See? I haven’t even told you my name, yet you know it.” He smiled hugging you tenderly. “What we share is something magical like you said. I’ll always be here.”
You bit your lower lip moving when you noticed a bus approaching the place. You took your backpack from him and waved before crossing the street. You paid and sat down easily finding Chen’s red sparkly eyes in the darkness.
Why did you leave? Was it the the realisation of how crazy this was? Giving away your life for a vampire living in a wrecked Joseon temple-like palace in the middle of the woods? The thought wasn’t as crazy, but in practise it was, especially as he was still caught up with his love from centuries ago.
“I love you ___.” You heard him before his eyes vanishing into thin air.

A/N: geeeeeeez so long overdue, I know. I’m the worst writer with updates. I have so much on my plate, and I really don’t want to ruin this story by just rushing and updating for the sake of updating.
A steady job, an average apartment, maybe a nice boyfriend to take you out for dinner on the weekends.
What you had never asked for was to be the personal assistant to one of the most feared and powerful CEOs in the country.
But here you were.
Oh, there should be a backstory, right?
Well, lets just start with your first day as an unemployed student, pretty faced and fresh out of college.
The perfect target for all the evils of the world.
“I’m telling you, this is gonna be the start of something great!” You exclaimed to your lifetime confidant and secret sister Izzy as you downed what definitely wasn’t your third cup of coffee.
Izzy rolled her eyes as she took a sip of her non-caffeinated frappe. “Y/n, sweetie, I know you just graduated and you’re filled with all the hope and energy of a puppy, but soon you’ll be like me: dead inside and resigned to fate.”
You laughed, used to your friend’s cynical viewpoint on life by this point. You supposed she had a point, but today, nothing could bring you down.
Today, you were going to get a job.
If only you knew what was in store for you, maybe you would have taken your friend’s advice.
—————————
Your knees knocked together as you nervously awaited your interview. How had you gotten here again? Something about Chanyeol needing to find a replacement for his boss’s ‘assistant’ who had suddenly gone missing after a business trip.
It’s not that you didn’t trust Chanyeol, (heck, you’d known the guy since elementary school and this job would really give you a lot of leeway on your resume), but even you, as excited as you were for this position, had to admit that the atmosphere surrounding this big business was unusual.
No one knew much about the CEO-the man you would be interviewed by for the position of his personal assistant-as far as anyone could say, he was a brilliant businessman who was surprisingly young for someone in his line of work.
As the whispers from your fellow applicants became increasingly prevalent in your hearing (mostly concerning various forms of gossip about the CEO [some not so good and just downright frightening to hear]), you just had to keep reminding yourself that this was the opportunity of a lifetime. Moonlight Enterprises was one of the leading businesses in the world, and anyone who worked for it would be honored to do so.
“Byun Baekhyun...” you whispered to yourself as you read through your notes for the umpteenth time. You’d made sure to prepare yourself for this job, if you wanted it, you’d have to impress the man in charge.
And you were determined to do it.
“Y/n?” You heard a voice ask.
Looking up, you saw a middle aged woman wearing a crisp suit and an expression that looked as if it hadn’t changed in twenty years, in her hands was a clipboard from which she appeared to be reading from.
“That’s me!” You exclaimed (though you feared it sounded more like a squeak) as you jumped from your chair-notes and your lucky yellow pin spilling haphazardly onto the floor.
The woman looked down at your mess before turning her back, “Follow me please.”
You barely had time to grab yours things before you were dashing after her, notes clumped together and pen stuck behind your ear.
After being shown into a room that seemed much too large and much too dark, you were left to (and I quote) ‘wait for him to show up.’
With a tired sigh, you plopped down into the nearest chair, hands absentmindedly trying to organize the notes you had spent too much time writing in the first place.
“You have a lovely hand writing.” A gentle voice seemed to whisper in your ear, and you jumped at the sudden intrusion and shiver the went through your being.
When you looked up, it was to the presence of the most gorgeous man you had ever seen.
Tall, dark hair slicked back to perfection, dark eyes full of stars, a round face with a boxy grin that seemed to bright enough to blind the sun, and a pale sheen over the most flawless, golden skin.
You swallowed as you tried to:
1. Regain the composure you had lost at the sight of such a being
2. Figure out how on earth he had whispered in your ear when he was right in front of you
3. How did he even get in without you noticing?
“I-uh...its a pleasure to meet you-?”
The man chuckled as he took your extended hand (which you had not realized you’d done), the sudden cold of his grasp both shocking you and filling you with a sense of interest.
“Byun Baekhyun, head of Moonlight Enterprises, I suppose you’ve heard of me?”
Had you been anyone else, you would have thought he was teasing you.
But that couldn’t be right? Byun Baekhyun was a man of business, surely he wouldn’t...tease you...
You were snapped from your thoughts by the sudden image flashing through your mind of a dark and powerful creature pressing against you, voice hushed and alluring as it pulled you into a darkness you feared you would never escape from.
At the sound of your gasp, Baekhyun retracted his hand, his warm smile warping into something almost twisted.
“So Y/n, I suppose you know the work that this job entails. The question is, are you willing to do it?”
You should have considered. You should have asked the right questions. You should have just walked out of there.
But instead you said: “Yes.”
“Yes, it would be my pleasure.” You murmured, though the voice was much too dreamy to be your own.
Apparently it was enough for Baekhyun, for he flashed you a disarming smile and pushed what you assumed to be a contract in front of you, taking a seat while he waited for your agreement.
Almost automatically, you reached forward and signed on the dotted line, eyes not even bothering to read the fine print (something you’d been warned to do time and time again).
With your signature safely on the page with a graceful flourish at the end of it, the contract was swept away by Baekhyun, his dark eyes glittering with something far from benevolence.
“Good, you start Monday. I can’t wait to see you then.” He announced, and, in the blink of an eye, he was gone and you were standing before the secretary outside of his office.
“So,” the woman said with something almost sad in her voice, as if she were tired of scolding someone for the same thing once again, “you’ve taken the job. I hope you know what you’re getting into.”
Did you? Did you really know anything about the job you were about to take, the man you were about to work for? In all honesty, no.
But every time you began to regret your decision, a small voice in the back of your head told you it would be alright, Byun Baekhyun would take care of you.
And so you merely smiled as you nodded at the woman, taking the paperwork and exiting the building with almost a spring in your step.
It wasn’t until you were far away from the boundaries of the building and nearing your car that you were suddenly filled with the deepest fear you’d ever experienced.
For Byun Baekhyun had said something to you as you walked from his office.
Something far too sinister sounding for a future boss to say to his employee.
Imagine being a medical resident in Forks and working alongside Dr. Carlisle Cullen, who wins your heart with his beauty and warmth. After countless shifts and shared lessons, one night you injure yourself by accident and, as he tends to you, you can’t help but look at him with desire—your eyes meeting in a silent exchange that seems to invite you both to make real what you’ve left unspoken.
Vamptember Day 1 : Double Date / The devil’s in the details / Road trip
They had thought the endless darkness of the road would have brought back the flame that once burned within them, but all it did was make them realize their joie de vivre was gone. Emptiness rotted them from the inside, but despite it, they continued to drive. With each destination they reached; they’d picked another, and then another, desperately hoping for something. They only ever stopped to find cover from the threatening sun and to feed on the warm bodies of those brave enough to wander alone. At times, it felt as if they were running away from something, but no one knew who they where or what they were. Still, they felt haunted, so they kept driving hoping for something to interrupt their decent into the endless darkness. ♫
