Once you do the Vault on Eos the radiation will start to decrease. After a few missions (main story ones I believe) Suvi will inform you it's safe to explore the rest of the planet :)

It took me 2 weeks and 98h but I finished Andromeda! I love this game so much I'm already planning my next Ryder :)

And wow, 2 weeks? I feel like I’ll finish this in 2 months. But really I don’t really have a proper idea of the scale, is 100 hours the typical number of hours? Is it shorter than DAI?

It makes me SUPER HAPPY when I read your posts about Andromeda and see how excited you are :) This game is so fun to play and I absolutely love the characters.

I am having a lot of fun. Honestly, I’m very slow and probably behind everyone else (I’m just discovering the Tempest and talking to new characters) but it’s been really great so far. Every time I meet someone new I want to make a new post like “AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!!!!!! THEY’RE SO GREAT” 

like now I went to see Lexi and told her she was great and she’s like “But I stabbed you!” 

I DON’T CARE YOU ARE WONDERFUL LEXI! YOU’LL DO GREAT! 

I love them all basically ;) 

Once I’m done with MEA I’ll check other people’s posts about it, yours included! It would be nice to see what you said about it :) 

And I’m keeping the really meaty discussion for later because I’m taking notes and trying to find out more about some topics :)

I'm pretty sure that devs talked about but I can't find the post now but do you know if we can have a few save game/character profiles like in previous games, where we could switch between them? Or do saves overwrite each other? (I hope I said that right, English isn't my first language)

I can switch just fine between Scott and Anna, when you load a game you have their name on top and you can go right or left to pick your Ryder :)All saves are intact for each character.

If we're sharing opinions I thought I'll add mine :) Personally I prefer saying what I want to say (or rather what I want my character to say) instead of saying something just so my squadmate/companion will approve of. It makes it more realistic for me. Just like in real life, not everyone has to agree with you and you don't have to agree with every single person. Different opinions are good and they make for good discussions as long as they're not hurting anybody :)

Yeah, I agree with you about having different opinions of course. 

Uh. I think it’s important to clarify that I don’t believe having different opinions or saying specific things automatically mean you’re out to hurt someone, I just believe the system just doesn’t recognize this nuance and that’s why so many of us end up checking the results before we pick a choice. 

And some of us are more anxious about those things than others. I am anxious about it, and I can’t help it. So if I check, it’s not because I want to lie or do whatever my companion will approve of, it’s because I want to understand the full consequences of my choices.

Hey! Ooohh the pile of text-based scraps from 821 places on CC is the bane of my existence at the moment… On the options front, we’ve heard about makeup (such as eye shadow, blush, lipstick and eyeliner), bright/unnatural hair colors (including neon purple, pinks, greens and a bright blue hue somewhere around “cyan” - color options are many but preset, not from a color wheel), mention of an “array of unconventional and bizarre hairstyles” that would suit Ryder’s non-military nature, “sweet highlights”, facial tattoos, some specific hairstyles mentioned by name such as braids, mentions of hairstyles for different races, a confirmation of no glasses… but so far as I recall, nothing about freckles, sorry (feel free to correct me folks). :[ of course I could have missed something. my guess (based on DA:I and the descriptions thus far of the variety of different options) is that there would be freckles, but that’s only my assumption. you could try tweeting a dev direct to ask.
