WE yes WE are calling the galaxy-boomie duo the #nepo babies. fucking loved that latest video.
it fucked me up to see how much galaxy was affected by mugms mentoring, not just by the improvement in his pvp but also in his worldview. the lines while fighting boomie "we could have been friends" "or do you want to be a stone in my path" thats not galaxy that is MUGM TALKING THERE!!
boomie getting maced whats not done b4. loved to see that storms really wasnt all bad like how slushly saw him, and instead more of a nuanced person. i hope he accompanies galaxy to kill slushly, for revenge purposes. he matches galaxy's freak, being like a coldhearted killer on the outside with a mushy centre while galaxy wishes to portray himself as good and worthy while being surprisingly cold on the inside. both super utilitarian and puppylike towards their mentors
so excited to see the galaxy-slushly-nufuli meetup bro ts is absolutely ridiculous. you're telling me nufuli thinks that slushly is dead, killed by storms, vanguard #3, slushly is impersonating storms, late vanguard #3 in order to kill nufuli, and galaxy the real vanguard #3 is coming to get slushly's ass cause of the impersonation. this is wonderful. hydrogen bomb v hydrogen bomb v hydrogen bomb ahh meetup. nothing well may come out of this. poor slushly is gonna get betryed again. cackling evilly.
imma fit a ramble about galaxy and mugm in here now that i meant to make weeks ago because ive started on the yap and can't stop.
bro i hope that the direction the story takes with mugm and galaxy (hereby calling them the mentoring duo, subject to change) is more complex than just mugm manipulating and eventually betraying galaxy. from the 2 videos we have of their relationship, we can see that mugm is quite clearly manipulating and grooming him to becoming the perfect vanguard #3 through presenting himself as a mentor figure and person in power. and its working. galaxy is much more comfortable hurting innocents to get his way and will do anything for vanguard, which he has been taught to equate with absolute 'goodness'. so, there should be no need for mugm to ever betray galaxy, because he will instead mold him into accepting anything he and vanguard does.
it appears to me that mugm genuinely thinks that what he is doing is right and moral, and he is teaching galaxy the way to be good, no matter the ways. when thinking about why he chose to mentor galaxy i think that first, mugm really wanted to have the opportunity to mentor someone (at first i think it was nufuli, because brainworms) to have a sense of control over them. of course with nufuli it failed because he was headstrong and knew his morals well. so mugm went to search for someone more vulnerable and found galaxy instead.
man i hope that mugm genuinely has affection and some form of twisted love for galaxy like he does for nufuli. i dont want his character to simply be boiled down to a manipulator like so many think he is
