so I’ve seen a fair few people noting some visual comparisons between the tadc finale and I saw the TV glow, like the pink glowing lamp and the pink glowing TV, but one I haven’t seen anyone mention is these scenes:

It feels super intentional, (probably was) but like, the stars being projected up in a moment of trans clarity and hope, right before a trans person denies that hope and resigns herself to live as a shell of what she could be and denies herself the personhood she could easily have? Idk I saw this similarity on second watch thru and it made the cinematographer in me giddy.
