1. Strawberry Shortcake in Jars.
Instead of the usual cake, I like how it reveals the layers of the cake. With a twist of course, it’s a moist butter cake with vanilla cream cheese custard, strawberry compote, milk crumbs and repeat.

2. S’mores Tart.
Using the crust and chocolate ganche from the Chocolate Tart, but without the glaze and top it up with toasted marshmallow. I shouldn’t be surprised, but I am that this tart is the current favourites.

3. Virgin Pina Colada.
I love pina colada and I love if I could have in a cake form. Here goes, it’s moist coconut butter cake with pineapple compote, milk crumbs, coconut creme mousseline and with loads of toasted coconut flakes. It is delicious.

4. Dark Chocolate Burnt Cheesecake.
Basque Burnt Cheesecake is originally San Sebastian, Spain and it’s been a popular demands since in 2017. I decided to try making it more sinful chocolatey indulgence. It is heaveny good. Serve with chantilly cream.

Layer from the bottom rose panna cotta, lychee jelly with bits of lychee and strawberry mousse.
