In the Age of Revelation AU, the X-Virus has not only killed the humans and mutated the survivors, it also affected the superhumans too. The Avengers who survived and mutated from the X-Virus are Clint Barton, Shang-Chi, Scott Lang and Natasha Romanoff. Since Steve Rogers had died from the X-Virus, Dani Moonstar takes up the mantle as the new Captain America and leads the Avengers team but it's not easy to be a new Captain America because the surviving humans (who are not affected by the X-Virus) hate her for being a mutant. Captain Dani's Avengers consist of Captain Dani Moonstar, Hawkeye (Clint Barton), Water Widow (Natasha Romanoff), Vision (who is now merged with the Technarch), Shang-Chi (Zheng Shang Chi), Variable Man (Scott Lang) and Cannonball (Sam Guthrie).
However, since the Avengers were almost wiped out, the Kree took advantage of the plague by invading the Earth. Thus, Captain Dani leads the mutated Avengers and Cannonball to fight the Kree. Cannonball and the mutated Avengers managed to take down the Kree soldiers and the spaceships while Captain Dani defeated the Kree Accuser by showing his worst fear before knocking him out with a mighty shield. As the battle is over, Captain Dani and her team meet up with Sunspot, Boom-Boom, Random, Rockslide and Thunderbird.
